“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

“Wow! I’m shocked that this bank has less than 5 stars overall rating??? Some people must be upset over random things. I went for the first time and the customer service was amazing. They were so nice and accommodating. It was a little out of my way to go but honestly I’m so happy I did. I’ll be back again just because of the teller. She was an older woman, very very nice. Hard worker and easy to talk to. Amazing employee”
