Rude arrogant incompetent store manager, she was gonna refuse to serve me because a box fell over and I didn’t pick it up as my hands were full and that box shouldn’t have been there in the first place and she decided to get all over my case or screw this store and screw her

Five stars because they had a rubber chicken zip tied to a cardboard box that said “squeeze the chicken to get the cashier’s attention.” Whoever came up with that needs a raise and a promotion. Made my day.

I gave it 2 stars to draw attention to the fact that it's listed on Google that it opens at 8am during the week. I showed up there because I really needed something and the sign on the door says it opens at 9. I was majorly inconvenienced.

Place is always dirty never had anything.always out of stock and the workers have no customer service.as a manager for a retail store.if my workers kept my store like that they would be fired.

love the fact you guys are open til 10pm, but there need for your new employees follow anyone around especially before closing time not everyone who visit your store a thief I may be on a fix income but im no thief makes me not come your store ever again, it was totally uncall for your new employee to follow me around me

I give it 1 star because of the leadership and professionalism of the manager. The staff was excellent and helped me with a balloon I didn't purchase there but was willing to pay for. The gentleman there gladly helped me out and then the lady manager berated them in front of me and my 7 yr old son who was coincidentally celebrating his birthday that day, March 17th. My son, who is 7 mind you, said the obvious out loud, "dad that lady was rude." She then took it upon herself to correct my son in the same manner she did the employees here. I had to jump in and discourage the back and forth with a small child. She then began to continue on until we (my in laws, son amd myself) finally left the store. Her last remarks after I said I would call corporate was that I should and that she couldn't care less. I hope, should anyone ever frequent that place again, they have a better experience than we had.

They are often messy but usually well stocked.
Different zip codes have different inventory.
Crafting supplies are on point.

⭐️- The cashier was really nice☆- This store was an absolute wreck inside! The floors were dirty, and there was a horrible smell coming from the middle of the store.☆- The aisles looked like a disaster hit them. There were items everywhere just thrown about.☆- If the aisles weren''t in total disarray, they were empty. Large gaps of aisle with nothing hanging up, or on the shelves.☆- When checking out, there was only one register open, with one employee working it, and the line was 20 people long. There was never another employee present the whole time i was in the store. There was PLENTY to be done in the store for just one employee to be working.— Just a terrible Dollar Tree Store

Cashier's have to ring customers at the tiniest counter instead of the one with conveyor belt. So juggling with putting your stuff in your bag while there's a big line behind you isn't fun.
