I finally found a groomer for my furry baby who actually listened to me and understood what I wanted. Hannah is absolutely awesome. She is professional and an artist.
All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

Advertising your going to be open til 5pm on Easter and having your doors locked at 4:50 is ridiculous. Don’t advertise hours you can’t maintain reliable employees to keep. 10 entire minutes doesn’t kill anyone and some people work til 4 and could only get to places by 4:30-4:45. Not to mention the employees have given extremely false advice about fish keeping.

I like Petco. They seem to have more quality pet food than some of the other big pet store chains. I've not seen any of their small animals in distress, their cages are always tidy and they don't stink. Zeus, my twoodle, is allergic to chicken and turkey. Do you know how the hell hard it is to find dog food and treats for a picky doodle that has NO chicken or turkey?! Just in case you've missed my point, it's difficult and time consuming. At Petco I have actual choices. They also have a self bathe area with a harnessed tub so you can clean your own pet safely. One star docked for the prices. They have good budget friendly choices, but mostly it's a bit pricey. Worth it though not to see my dog trying to gnaw his own feet off (itchy and corn chip smelling feet can be indicative of an allergy) or refusing to eat. For your enjoyment, I have attached a picture of Zeus on his first snow day and 2 of my sweet boy desperately trying to make friends with the cat.

Went to this store to purchase LIVE crickets. The cashier was all excited telling us that they just got this shipment in so they’re fresh. Out of the 25 crickets we asked for only 7 were alive! Absolutely absurd. If I wanted dead ones I would have saved some money and purchased the freeze dried kind.

A great place to talk to parakeets, fancy fish and a friendly ferret. However the Petco homies don’t play when it comes to their carts. If you leave with a cart, they will chase you like you are their long lost tail into the neighboring pizzeria to retrieve it.
