I've never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacist before. I went to go refill my prescriptions, which I needed for that night. When I got there I gave him my information and let him know my original pharmacy was in California and that I just moved here and needed to transfer them. He told me I had an account under Rite Aid but there was nothing under my account and I didn't have the medications I was asking for. I told him that's impossible because I've been consistently going to Rite Aid every single month for 4 years for those exact medications. He wouldn't answer me, he wouldn't doublecheck for me, and when he wasn't ignoring me, he was telling me to leave and get my medication elsewhere and treated me as if I was trying to con him for medicine (despite the fact that my were NOT controlled substances of any kind). I tried showing him emails from my doctor and I also tried showing him text messages DIRECTLY FROM RITE AID telling me to press 1 to refill my prescription. Again, he ignored me. He did not listen to me, did not try to help me, and did not ask any further information to try and resolve this issue. I was extremely stressed out because my medication is life-saving and vital. Though the technician was not completely ignoring me, she was still not helpful. She kept saying "we believe you" in terms of me having a Rite Aid account, but then proceeded to tell me I've never gotten those meds before. Which is it? I let them know that it's illegal to withhold my medication from me for no viable reason. I also let them know that if I do not take my medication I will have severe side effects and will have withdrawal symptoms, and they didn't seem to care whatsoever. When I showed the technician my text messages DIRECTLY from Rite Aid about my prescription, she finally gave me the time of day. She told the pharmacist, who FINALLY asked me for the number of my home pharmacy in California, which he should have done in the first place. He called and they answered, and he found my account in under 2 minutes. He did not apologize and still ignored me, but he did fill my prescription. This honestly caused me so much distress that two days later I'm still shaken up about it. I wish I knew his name so I could report him to the Board of Pharmacy. I have a feeling the other review saying that the pharmacist told her she had no scripts on file had the same pharmacist I did, which is completely unacceptable as he's obviously doing this to other people. If I ever have to go back to this pharmacy (I hope to God I never have to) and I see that pharmacist there, I will be getting his name and reporting him along with a recording of our conversation as it was completely illegal and unethical on so many levels.

They always seem willing to go out of their way to be accommodating. All good over nearly 10 years now.

I was just in there and impressed by how clean the store was especially during this pandemic. The store manager was very helpful in finding a product for me. I would highy recommend this store.

Rude. Mangus the pharmacist got into a yelling match with me over the phone. Treated me like an imbecile. I work in the medical field, I know how prescriptions work. I recently called to make sure my medications were on the shelf because I know they need to order them in advance. I have about a week left of my medications. He told me he can not order them until he has a script for them. I understand that; however, he has my scripts in my file. I was looking at EPIC when I cal

Literally the worst pharmacist I've ever had contact with. Two months in a row, with two medications. He tells me I have no scripts in my file...while I AM LOOKING AT THEM ON EPIC. They were clearly sent to the Brooklawn location, address and phone number. NOPE! Won't help me. Keeps going in circles that he needs an rx to order my medication. Mind you, I'm trying to be helpful calling days in advance to make sure it's on the shelf so I don't have to drive all over south jersey to get it refilled on the day I'm supposed to pick it up because this a$$ wants to tell me he's either out of it or I don't have an rx there. Long story short, I called West Deptford. They saw all my scripts. They were there and will be ready for me at that location. Brooklawn needs to take some notes and aim to be efficient like West Deptford Rite Aid.

Great place to spend your hard earned money when greeted by someone who hates their job. Went to the store to pick up a few items and when I got home, I noticed my receipt was crumbled up. I assume this was a passive aggressive response when I repeated "how are you?". When I returned a few minutes later to return an item I no longer needed, I was handed my refund in cash. When "I" asked if the refund could be put back on my card, I was told "can't". Refunds are only provided in cash. If you hate your job, its not anyone's fault expect you. Move on.
