Paul is a straight up scamming scumbag he charged $140 for 2 used dry rotted clumps of rubber that were so worn down that pepboys said they legally cannot rotate them cuz they are a hazard. Davids tires in Camden charged me $110 for 3 slightly used tires and plugged my 4th tire all for $110.Great Job Paul you definitely...
