Jerry Woodard is the kindest, most responsive & most helpful person at this bank. I had to do something having to do with the passing of my mom. It was set up prior & was supposed to be a simple process. Of course it wasn’t but Jerry was determined to get this done for me right away. He made his phone calls and persevered and got it done. Such a nice man with such a helpful attitude. Someone else would have sent me home with paperwork to complete and an appointment in weeks from now like the first person wanted to do. He was so kind and it was so appreciated. He didn’t have an annoyed tone with me & was eager to help. Thank you so much Jerry.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since Wells Fargo purchased Wachovia. I have never complained about customer service with my bank before but apparently today is a new day. This branch refused to help with notary services, which is free to them and takes only a few minutes. The employee in question was rude, and also told my husband that they would not notarize our document if both signatories were not account holders. The other branches in the area do not have employees who behave this way, and if this is a special branch policy, it is not in line with the other area branches. If you are an account holder and need anything beyond an ATM, don't use this branch.

They never answer their phone. I've called them on numerous occasions and not once have they answered their phone. Terrible customer service.

The wells fargo bank in Brooklawn NJ has the worse tellers in the state. The teller of color was so ignorant to my wife tonight I was about to call the police. He would not cash her state lottery checks that are drawn on the wells fargo bank. If someone doesn't like the color of your skin then find another job. He was so ignorant he should be fired. I will report this person to the hire up not that anyone will care enough or at all to do something about him.

Teller ripped me off for 100 dollars. Deposit 10-100 bills. No ATM card with me could not deposit it. Only gave me 9 back. Counted it 5 times before. One disappeared????????

Place should be closed down. Manager and employees should be fired. All they do is escalate situations and do nothing to assist customers.

I work with Wells Fargo for personal and business for the last 5 years. Jerry Woodard the branch manager at this location is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable of the banks processes and helps me out with everything in a timely manner. If you need help with any situation he’s a Wells Fargo manager I have a lot of confidence in.

first time going here i set up an account with one of the ladies working there. it was quick and she was nice. everything was thoroughly explained and she helped me set up my phone for apple pay and the wells fargo app. i will update my review/opinion if need be.

Been banking in this building 50 years. Closing my account today over a $2.00 automatic transfer. Deposited $1000.05 into savings. Checked my checking account at same time, everything showed in the plus. Stayed with this bank even after credit card scandal. This is what you get for staying with a dishonest bank. I learned my lesson with this place.

I had wanted to submit power of attorney form and they rejected it Three Times!! The staff is absolutely clueless of their job duties because the "errors" on the form should have been noted during the First meeting with Financial Associate. No,.... I made three separate appointments and they constantly found something wrong. I have used the same Power of Attorney form at another bank with No problem. Don't bother using them because it's a major waste of time dealing with these Clueless Employees.
