The team here is phenomenal. I was from out of town and they helped me get back on the road so I could get back to me family. They were willing to help even though it was late afternoon on a Friday. They stayed until well after the shop closed to ensure I was able to get back on the road safely. Great people.

This shop is AMAZING found it a few years ago n will not leave. And I have 2 out of 5 kids driving n we all go there. Words can not express they have treated us like we r their only customer. I'm so thankful we have these guys in town.

We came up from down south for my grandmothers funeral and it turned out our rim was bent. so our tire was flat. They helped us fix everything affordably and with such care about our safety going home. Wonderful people. Need more like them. Good work, good service, good ? price.

Norberto's Car Care Center is reliable and very reasonable when it comes to service and pricing. They are a full service car repair center that even offers Towing when your car breaks down on the road. I have been going to them for years and so have all my friends and family as well. They really take care of all service members on Joint Base.

DO NOT GO HERE. they are very disrepectful and unprofessional. The owner was yelling and cursing at me after I spent 800$ and the car still was not fixed. Then they. got mad at me and cursed me out.Services: Engine repair

BEWARE! I have had 3 cars serviced here. My last experience was horrible. My daughter had an issue with her car starting. Paid $800 to get it fixed, she ended up having the same issue within 30 days. Returned and was told it was something else. While we were there, we decided to have a new key fob made, the key was broken but the fob did work. We requested the old key fob back so that we could use it to lock and unlock the car. Norberto's used an outside vendor and allowed the vendor to keep the old key fob. We requested it be returned and the owner Norberto got really angry, he started yelling and cursing at my husband. He was slamming his desk drawers and banging on the desk. He followed my husband out of the front door yelling and cursing at him. I will never go back. Customer service here is HORRIBLE.
