He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Browns Mills Post Office. My package was delivered to my old address because I forgot to update my address when I ordered something online (totally my fault) and Danielle immediately took action. She contacted the mail carrier, Ronnie, and he actually went back to my old house, picked up the package, and made sure it got to me. They didn’t have to do any of that, but they did it anyway going way above and beyond. That kind of effort and kindness is rare. Thank you both for going the extra mile.”
