The most awful customer service I ever experienced. The old man with the gray dirty long hair and the heavy set kid are both disgusting people I genuinely hope they’re fired. Waiting to continue an investigation with corporate. Laziest people ever.they actually told T-Mobile customer service they were morons over the phone and wouldn’t work with us for an easy problem. We won’t ever go in that store again.

I had an extremely bad, experience. First, I went on July 25th 2023 to look to upgrade my iPhone and get a better plan, little I knew I was walking up to the belly of the beast. This salesperson y the name of Jesse if I recall wrong told me n promised me if I do the trade in with my iPhone I will get the iPhone 14 pro max for only $269 plus the ful tax amount of $1,099 totaling $352, because the promotion that I “qualified if I trade in my phone” was $820 off the price of the new iPhone and only that I needed to pay and monthly plan of $95 that it. Nothing to it . I stayed more than two hours asking many questions and specifically that one over n over again. For my surprise the same night I saw my updated plan with stated I have to pay the entire amount of $1,099 even though T mobile took my iPhone as a trade in. These people three of them lied to me over n over again. These people just told AM SO SORRY IT WAS OUR FAULT BUT, NOTHING WE ODO. So people please stay away from this T-Mobile FRAUD N LYING STORE. I WILL BE CANCELING MY PLAN IN A FEW DAYS .. I WAS A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER FOR 13 years ..

Timothy proved to be more than knowledgeable about phones/deals/anime and was always looking ahead when it came to choosing a new device. I wanted to settle for less and left with a brand new phone and watch. I didn't think it was possible but hey I'm typing with it now. Its all thanks to this awesome place .

Michael Spring and his associate Timothy Sexton took their time and helped my business keep the same level of services while saving $98. dollars a month going forward. They were very professional in how they handled our business needs. With the lines listed under our company name, Managing Change, they informed me that I can take advantage of the 55+ level services with unlimited everything on three lines. Two cells and a land line.They spoke quietly when they addressed sensitive issues on my account and discreetly went into the back office when they needed to speak with their support team members about offers they helped us secure. The manner in which they addressed other customers by acknowledging them as soon as they came into the store even though they could not get to them immediately. In my small podunk town these two representatives of T-Mobile provided Manhattan, Park Avenue service.Where ever you come from, the drive is worth it. I have been to Medford, Cherry Hill, Red Bank and even Williamstown stores and these guys simple deliver. What they tell you is what you can and will get. Cheers!
