Worst place ever..Do not go here!!! Took my truck there and he said there was transmission issue. Wanted $2200 to fix..said he needed a $1200 deposit..I gave it to him.He said the truck was in good condition other than the transmission issue..He called the next day and said there was way more wrong with the truck and would cost well over $4000 .I said I didn't wanna put that kind of money in it..it's a 2006..He towed my truck to my house which is 3 miles away and kept my $1200 saying we're even..And to top it all off, my truck came back with all the brakes lights on in the dash and the latch for emergency brake broken. Needless to say, no brakes on the truck and the emergency brake was on and stuck..This place stole my money!!!

Curtis has always treated me and my family very well. Prices are reasonable, work is top notch. Recently, I've been dealing more with Junior, and I'm equally pleased. It's hard to find a decent repair shop for cars anymore, but Undercover is definitely a gem.

The owner had an attitude as soon as I arrived. I approached him respectfully and asked a simple question about my vehicle and first he tells me I dont know what I'm talking about(which I did) then he asked me why I didn't have my vehicle towed earlier that week when I first approached him about the situation. First his tow man didn't answer secondly its none of his business I was there at the moment so I had my truck towed to his competitor up the road will not ever do business there also he never asked my name or for my information like his competitor up the road bad customer service and hospitality.he also rolled his eyes and walked away.very immature in my opinion.

5 stars!! Highly recommend!! I brought my car in on a Saturday when they weren't open and Curt and his crew had my car done and ready to go by Tuesday. So it only took 2 days to finish, in reality. Curt was there to answer any questions I had, as well as my fathers, which was very appreciated! Reasonable price too! I will be using them again for all of my car needs!Services: Auto maintenance

I was referred here by Marcus from On the Go Mobile Oil Changes. Truth be told, I am always scared of going to shops for auto repair. I always found them to be intimidating. And I definitely hate leaving my car too! But, I had a bad Camshaft sensor, and my car was experiencing misfiring, so I had to take it in. The car was basically undrivable. I took it in, and walked into the office expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. The two guys I interacted with were extremely warm and inviting. I explained that I had a fear of taking ubers (being a female and all), and asked them if it was okay if I waited there in their office while the repairs were being done. They were extremely understanding! They even moved my car to the front of the line so I didn't even have to wait more than an hour for the repairs to be done. They had everything in stock. I was in and out in under an hour, and the repairs weren't that even all that expensive. I found the prices very fair. They also did not overwhelm me with a bunch of upcharges which was extremely appreciated. They were extremely reasonable, professional and kind. I could tell they actually enjoyed what they did because they were very passionate. They took the time to explain everything to me, which again, was greatly appreciated. They broke it down in simplistic terms so I could understand. They didn't overwhelm me with a bunch of mechanic jargon. Truth be told, I am so glad I was referred to this place. I feel super confident that if I ever experience auto issues again, I will be taken care of here. I trust them completely, and was treated extremely well. I am referring everyone to this place. I do not recommend. Been hearing nothing but good things and I know Jerryâs good people, so I finally Went in and asked if they had time/wanted the job before paying for a tow, to get it there.Gave all the details and Was told to hang on so they could double check with the boss. Came back and said all was well and to drop it off.Got it towed there.Got a call the next morning from Curt, telling me to âcome get your truck. I donât want this job. Another mechanic whoâs worked on it before, saw it sitting here and told me itâs gonna be a headache. and I donât want any headachesâWithout checking it out or knowing how much money Iâve invested into this truck since whoever last worked on it.I appreciate the bluntness. Def wouldâve Appreciated it before verifying with your employees before I wasted more money on another unnecessary tow.No apology or anything smh.
