“Absolutely love this place. The office staff is always kind and helpful. Jill is the best. Such a sweet woman and my kids adore her. Traci the property manager knows her stuff and is always delightful to speak with. Jackie was so helpful with my move in, and after not seeing her for a year she still remembers my kids and I. The maintenance men are freaking superheroes . Anytime I've called with an issue they were out the same day and always respectful. Honestly I lived here as a kid many years ago and it was nothing like it is now. This place has upgraded tremendously from the units, to the staff & the property amenities. As a mom safety is super important and here I feel like I can let my kids go outside and not have to worry. This place is the definition of community !”

“I do want to say since I left I’m so proud of this property . It’s been three years and I see a lot of improvements . The tenants seemed very happy and I’m just so glad that everything is working out and the property managers are doing their upmost best to make sure the tenants are a priority.

I would say three years ago I was a different adult, but now that I’m mature. I did leave on the wrong foot with the property manager, but for the most part, she cares about the property. She taught me a lot about maintaining a unit, responsibility, and being held accountable. I have passed every unit inspection since I left this property. She might have been strict, but she taught me a lot when it comes to landlord/ tenant. She was the best landlord....God put it in my spirits write this.”
