I went here to rent a U-Haul truck. Everything went great until this guy tries to charge me $150 cleaning fee. Luckily, I took a picture of the back before I left. I called him and tried to discuss it but he just wanted to dismiss everything I was saying trying to say the back was full of mud and it took him two hours to clean it. I called U-Haul and had a great conversation with them and I sent them the picture I had taken. I said to the representative, if you see mud in this picture, we can end this right now and I’ll accept the fee. She said no I don’t see anything. Very disappointed in the service at this location. This was not my first time renting a U-Haul and I know what the expectation is when returning. If there was mud, I would’ve cleaned it. Or if he was not satisfied, he should’ve taken it upon himself to give me a call. I would’ve happily returned to see what the problem was. I think he was just trying to take advantage of me. I can’t imagine going here for a car repair.

Excellent mechanic. I highly recommend the repair shop to my friends mainly due to quick repair time, and affordable prices. Nowadays shops overcharge for everything, not this owner. He has decent rates, excellent troubleshooting equipment, extensive knowledge and he treats customers as best neighbors.
They are taking care of our fleet. Sometimes service is performed on the spot (while you wait)
It is very helpful, especially when they have to fix something in the morning, so you can get to work.
Again go there with confidence with all your vehicle needs.

Dishonest with price. Says one cost that did not match final cost. When paying over $1200 in repairs you cant afford surprises like this. I would give negative 5 stars if possible.

Service was horrible had vehicle 3 months, never got to work on it was to backed up with other work. We just kept getting excuses and the run around..Would not recommend to anyone!!!!Services: Transmission

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!My daughter got an oil change for her 2019 vehicle and was charged $112.94 for an oil change. They did a full synthetic oil change without asking what type of oil was put in by the dealership first. I find their practices in this case was unacceptable. He tried to justify the price by saying they don’t use cheap oil like places like Jiffy Lube. They used a lifetime filter that was costly He also said he didn’t charge the full price for labor which to me is sketchy at best. If we were told the cost when the car was dropped off we never would have used them. I will NEVER EVER use them again for nothing not even to put air in my tire.DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERService: Oil change

I rented a u-haul and the owner was very nice. He explained the fees/charges and what to expect. He made the entire process very easy. I did have a discrepancy with the charge from u-haul which had nothing to do with him and he was very understanding, patient, kind, and honest!!! The matter was resolved. Overall, I am very happy with the service and pricing of this place. Would definitely recommend!
