“I had a great experience at Firestone today. I came in for an oil change, and Sarah provided exceptional customer service from start to finish.

She was patient, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire visit. Before I arrived, she gave me a quote over the phone that ended up matching my final bill exactly, and she even proactively applied a coupon that was available, which I really appreciated. It's always nice when a business looks for ways to help customers save money without being asked.

The wait was a little longer than expected, but I was essentially a weekend walk-in, so I completely understood. They also have a comfortable waiting area, which made the time more pleasant.

Although I only came in for an oil change, I approved an inspection for any additional issues. The team took the time to explain what they found and what maintenance I'll likely need in the future. I never felt pressured or given a sales pitch—they were informative, honest, and respectful, which goes a long way.

The technicians all seemed friendly, but Sarah truly stood out. She was the only person working the front desk and handled a constant flow of customers with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. She never made anyone feel rushed despite clearly juggling a lot at once.

That is not the type of environment I respond to, and I truly appreciated Jeff’s professionalism.
