“This branch is amazing, staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Angela was also very warm and welcoming during my visit. She makes this branch feel like a home, which is non existent in today’s world. I didn’t feel like a number at all, Angela and Lillian made me feel like a valued account holder. This Branch will become my new home. Thank you so much.”

“This bank staffed with very kind and abled people who care about you and your money. Plus, Valley Bank is literally the only bank left with a coin counting machine, which is a draw for those who work with or need to cash coins.”

“I was hacked in early April, it was a mess. Chester PNC was incredibly helpful and acted quickly. Another local PNC not so much. I also, now use this particular bank for other financial needs. The staff is easy to work with, kind and considerate.”

“I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this PNC branch. Edie, Dan, Bryan, and everyone else I’ve dealt with here have always been friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They consistently go above and beyond and make you feel like they actually care about getting things taken care of for you. It’s rare to find a team where you can say that about everyone you interact with, but that has absolutely been my experience here. I really appreciate all of their help and highly recommend this branch. Thank you!”

“Brilliant bank, as someone commented earlier, a trip to the bank is like going to see family. I’d love to be able to single out a member of staff for special praise, but I can’t, they are all equally excellent and friendly.”

Target Center, 68 US-46, Hackettstown NJ 07840
“My husband and I are both members. We use the Augusta, as well as the Hackettstown branches. Where do I begin?! When was the last time you got FREE CHECKS?!! So much better than a bank. Customer (member) service is out of this world, and fair, fair, fair treatment. On-line banking is never down. Fabulous people: polite, intuitive, helpful, respectful. We have not borrowed yet (only deposited), but we did inquire about rates (auto-used): very competitive, certainly better than most dealerships will offer. Hope to move most of our accounts to Visions. Can't say enough good things.”

“Diana, branch manager, and her team have a unique way of making you feel like you are banking at a small town bank, not with a huge corporation. They get to know you and your business and have consistently gone the extra mile to provide incredibly attentive, supportive customer service. Plus - they are all so kind! Big bank services, small town bank feel. I highly recommend the Hackettstown/Mansfield branch!”

“My fiancee and I had a fantastic experience banking with Javier to open a joint savings account. He was not only great at answering questions, but was over-all a pleasant person to spend all that time with. The only reason we spent longer than anticipated was because of clerical issues with our Chase profiles in the system that were not at all his fault, and he navigated each hurdle with grace, confidence, and clear demonstration of his knowledge. Would definitely recommend this bank, and Javier's services especially. Tip: Reserve a timeslot in advance AND ARRIVE ON TIME so that you can be served immediately!”

Monique is a trustworthy professional whom I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new banker.”

“I went to the Succasunna location to take care of some banking business for my elderly father. I needed to get a Power of Attorney ASAP and was a bit confused about banking procedures in this regard. The Branch Manager, Jessica Thompson, met with me, explained what needed to be done and referred me to Ruben Caban, to get the necessary paperwork done. Jessica and Ruben were great and addressed all my concerns. Not only were they super efficient, but every manager out there should take lessons on how to deliver customer service from Jessica: polite, gracious, attentive, friendly and reaches out to the customers. A++ JOB!!”

“When I financed a vehicle thru a Nissan dealership they incorrectly spelled my name. When I contacted Wells Fargo by phone they suggested I go to a local bank where i have accounts to address the issue. I met with Fatima S. and she understood the issue and was able to correct my name and more importantly merge the auto account with my other WF banking accounts. Fatima was exceptional in every aspect of my banking concern. From the moment you walk into the bank you feel welcomed by the entire staff in a most professional manner which is a testament to branch manager Amy P. and her operation of the bank. Without a doubt one of the most pleasant banking experiences I have enjoyed!!! I would highly recommend WF to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you Wells Fargo of Succasunna.”
