“This bank staffed with very kind and abled people who care about you and your money. Plus, Valley Bank is literally the only bank left with a coin counting machine, which is a draw for those who work with or need to cash coins.”
“ATM is great. Just put new one in recently and there are so many options not just put in h take out $. You can transfer $, take out $ including in $50 bills, deposit funds, including by scanning checks via your phone. There are so many things you can do thru this ATM and Wells Fargo is a wounderful bank with great people that will help you do whatever you need to do even more difficult problems!”

Everything leading up to closing out the account was stressful, so being able to have it taken care of so quickly and easily was a huge relief. The entire staff at this branch was pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you need to do any banking in person with PNC.”

“My husband and I are both members. We use the Augusta, as well as the Hackettstown branches. Where do I begin?! When was the last time you got FREE CHECKS?!! So much better than a bank. Customer (member) service is out of this world, and fair, fair, fair treatment. On-line banking is never down. Fabulous people: polite, intuitive, helpful, respectful. We have not borrowed yet (only deposited), but we did inquire about rates (auto-used): very competitive, certainly better than most dealerships will offer. Hope to move most of our accounts to Visions. Can't say enough good things.”

“I was hacked in early April, it was a mess. Chester PNC was incredibly helpful and acted quickly. Another local PNC not so much. I also, now use this particular bank for other financial needs. The staff is easy to work with, kind and considerate.”
