Needed a brake repair asap and I had no appointment. Store manager, Liberty, took me in. Gave me a full assessment of needed repairs and costs. Vehicle was done same day. She applied a discount and I put the bill on my FS card, 6 months interest free.

This Firestone has the nicest most helpful people. I went in at 7am because I had a hole in my tire, and Sarah at the front was so kind and helpful! She worked to get my car on the schedule and done quickly, as I did not have an appointment. She was so incredible and sweet. Thank you to Sarah and all the staff and mechanics that helped fix my car!!
