Everyone was so nice, Kim did a wonderful job on my nails and feet however my polish did chip on my big toe and I just had them done yesterday evening, honestly I am only writing a review in hopes of getting a response from the owner, because nobody answered when I called and I do not live in Jersey. I am hoping to come in to get it fixed if they're open Tomorrow or Monday. This salon was clean, the staff members were so nice and they had a nice vibe going with their playlist!! Definitely going back!!

After waiting 15 min for my 4:30pm . I patiently waited but realized she only asked me what I was in for , didn't give me any wait time or said she'll be right with me . She was in the middle of doing someone nails but said 4:30pm would be a good time . I find it hard to understand why they tell you to come in at a time but then expect you to wait half hour plus for them to finish with someone before getting to you . It's time out of my life I don't get back but I think that if I were 30 min - hour late my appointment would be canceled. DO BETTER

Anna is a great nails artist in Burlington nail tech like Anna is hard to find. everywhere else I go they just want people in and out but with Anna she is care about her work and she honest with what she can do or not . I am showing her what I wanted a lot of times she made it better than my ideas and her price are cheaper then what I pay to another place I’ve been here not to long but I felt like this what I’ve been looking for in a long period of time ! thanks again Anna for my nails and spa pedicure will be back !

THIS IS THE WORST !!! Sorry long post ahead... I normally don't do reviews but my experience today needs to be shared. I have been searching for a new salon for the past few months since my tech at my old salon had to do stop doing nails for health reasons. He was awesome. No one else in that salon did longer nails so Ive been trying to find a replacement ...Today was my first and last time at Anna's Nails. .I scheduled an appt for 11am today with Anna.. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 11:15 for her to finish with a customer. I was surprised that there was only one customer and 2 techs on a Saturday. Anna told me to sit in the chair while the customer paid and she came over and picked up the drill to start my nails. She never wiped the station,or changed drill bits. I asked her if she had new or sanitized tools..She looks at me and says, " I don't feel comfortable doing your nails" I said "excuse me? I'm just asking if you have sanitized your equipment." She then says, "I don't feel comfortable doing your nails, you come back when Jenny here" ..I said "you don't want to do them because I asked about your sanitization" ..She says "I feel threatened " I ask " you feel threatened because you are about to use unsanitary equipment and I questioned you" . That felt very racist because I a black woman am asking.you to do what your LICENSE requires.. She says the drill bit cost $15.00 she can't change every time and I say yes you can sterilize them between customers. At this point I decide that I would not get any service. I let her know I would be reporting them to the Cosmetology licensing board. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I love anna she’s the best nail artist in Burlington I’ve been come to Anna for long time I always show her what I wanted and she’s even makes it look better than what I show her I really appreciate what anna does for me Anna’s friendly and patient for her job and the lady does my spa pedicure she does a great job on my toes ? I’m so glad to find this salon and done good job as always!

The polish was cheap and the paint job was not done well. I asked for round in each nail seems to have a different shape. Definitely will not be going back there.

Best nail salon in the area. I come from NYC and its really hard fo find a good nail salon that does good nail designs and perfect nails like in NYC in this area. Anna is very skilled in doing the best nail designs. Just tell her what you want and she will do!. Ive been coming to Anna for the past few months and I will continue to go. My nails last a long time without braking or chipping. Its really worth the price. Last time she did my nails everyone was complimenting also the pedicure lady is very good does a really good job on my toes and feet.recommend this nail salon. Give them a try!
