I had a disappointing experience at this store. The store manager, Maureen, seems to enforce policies inconsistently, depending on the customer’s appearance. Her curt and unfriendly demeanor made the visit unpleasant. I will not be returning.

We just purchased a bedroom and dining room set from Ashley’s in Burlington and sincerely enjoyed the experience. The sales associate Tynaria Carpenter was Outstanding. Kind, considerate and extremely informative in guiding us through the myriad of options at our disposal. We ended up with some very nice pieces that will certainly enhance the beauty and convenience of our home. Many thanks to Tynaria and the manager who made this such an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Great experience! We explained to our sales rep, Abraham, what we were looking for, and he showed us several options that met our needs. We settled on something, worked out a discount, and were out within an hour! The staff was super friendly, and we left feeling happy about our purchase!

I walked in for a pillow and the general manager Maureen was present and the knowledge she gave about my sleep concerns was so on point it was never a pressure to buy the knowledge alone kept me intrigued. After I review a few options I’m almost certain this store will get a sale from me I was satisfied from my visit

We had a wonderful experience here! Our sales rep Ty was amazing! I gave her my price range and preference as soon as I walked through the doors and she listened to me and never tried to push me or pressure me into anything other than what I was looking for. Amazing customer service skills. As for the manager Maureen she was exceptional. By far one of the best store managers I’ve met. She was also very helpful and did an amazing job assisting us in customizing our options! Overall a PERFECT experience. I highly recommend shopping here! You won’t regret it.
