The rep was extremely helpful! I couldn't have asked for better help! AT&T over the phone allowed me to place an order on 5 different occasions! And then cancelled it each and every time for foolishness ! Which resulted in me losing out on money waiting for return fees! The rep got me my new phone with no issues! AT&T didn't care to help me out at all smh

I recently approached these guys about switching my business internet from infinity to at&t air. This was a fairly large job. Benito has been really helpful. I was also impressed with the help from Claudius and At&t in general. My Internet service seems far superior to what I had before.

They are so great there I spoke with Maria today about a billing issue she was very resourceful and polite I appreciate that because I know I was annoying but she was very patient a super relief???❤️

I walked in thinking I was getting great service. Service was not only slow and horrible, but the rep made mistakes and then AT&T is trying to get me to correct their mistakes! They said for me to call FedEx to see if I can re-direct the shipment! When I’m not the one who entered the incorrect address. The rep entered so much incorrect information! Didn’t even bother confirming anything. I can’t even believe how AT&T treats their customers.

We were sold a promotion that we aren't eligible for. It removed all other promotions we had. Because of this we are paying full price for our new phone which should of been free. Now having trouble with customer service at the store to make it right. We keep getting pushed off that someone is gonna call us and they never do. It just about the sale for them.

The customer service representative Maria helped me since the other male representative only tried to get me to buy unnecessary items so I could use the accessory billing. Maria went above my expectations and she listened to my problem and solved my problem and didn't let me leave the store as a pissed off customer. THERE I WOULD GIVE MARIA A 5.

Tony was ready and waiting before we got into the store which was so amazing and greeted us very professionally with a smile! Our time spent there was very educational, fun & exciting as we upgraded to the newer iPhones. Tony and his Assistant Manager were able to offer us a better deal in store than on the phone! We were left very pleased with our purchases! Thank you to Tony for making our stay in store for a few hours fun and it didn't feel overwhelming! We would definitely come back to this store as the staff was so nice and fun to be around! We visited the store on Rte. 541 next to Kohls, Target!
