Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. My wife and I were taken on a tour of the facility by the owner, and we were treated very kindly, and despite our age, we weren't treated as if we couldn't afford the car that we were inquiring about. Unfortunately, the first vehicle that we came there to check out, was pending sale, but the other vehicle we were interested in, we took. Would absolutely recommend these guys to a friend. Amazing customer service. 👌

This was a nerve wracking process for me doing everything online but Scotti was very helpful and always willing to provide extra info, send pics & vÃdeos & reassured me every step of the way. My car arrived in great condition as described other than dirty from travel since it shipped from NJ to TN so it is understandable. Great company and great people to work with.

When working with AutoBay, the sales experience was smooth and, for the most part, painless. As an out-of-state buyer, I was initially concerned about how the process would unfold, but Scotti was easy to work with, and AutoBay’s streamlined procedures were clear, user-friendly, and efficient. Additionally, AutoBay offered an affordable vehicle shipping option that delivered the car directly to my doorstep, which was a welcome convenience.
Given that this was my first car purchase and I had heard numerous horror stories about dealerships creating stressful and high-pressure situations, I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless and straightforward the sales portion was. Aside from a few chips in the paint that I noticed on the roof, the vehicle matched the advertised description, and I feel I received a fair deal.
HOWEVER, all of my compliments end with the post-sale experience.
AutoBay requires buyers to process vehicle licensing through a third-party vendor, and unfortunately, this part of the process has been excruciatingly slow. Four months in, I am still without permanent plates and have had to repeatedly request temporary ones as the old ones expire month after month. This has created an ongoing and unnecessary inconvenience.
To compound matters, Vanessa, who handles licensing, is consistently unreachable unless contacted via direct phone call, and even then only after multiple attempts. I’ve sent numerous emails, placed several calls, and left multiple voicemails, but I have yet to receive any update on when my licensing will be finalized. This ongoing lack of responsiveness is deeply frustrating and has significantly tarnished what began as a promising buying experience.

As an online retailer, Autobay could be more transparent about fees and improve its communication and responsiveness to online inquiries. For future researchers, sharing the Doc Processing Fee of 799 and Dealer Prep Fee of 799 would make it more transparent. Also specify that outside financing is not allowed; must use in-house lenders and rates. The additional 1600 on top of sales price, and other fees and optional add-ons turned me away. Suppose most high-end buyers don't mind the extras; nevertheless, publish the fees vs marketing no hidden fees.

Had terrible experiences at several other dealerships (one I left a review on) and expected more of the same here. I was sorely mistaken.
Simon greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. He answered all of my questions, let me test drive the vehicle and didn’t push or pressure me whatsoever. Simon worked hard to get me out of there with a solid deal. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say nicer things about this dealership and their staff. Amazing cars at amazing prices. 10/10 experience. Also, I’ve had the vehicle almost 3 months and have had absolute zero issues.

Purchasing a vehicle from Autobay was an incredible experience! Scotti was very personable and never once pushy. He even found a red bow to put on the car as it was a gift for my wife! Financing was a breeze. These guys really just love cars and love what they do. I will absolutely be visiting them next time I’m in the market for a vehicle!
