Always great service and knowledgeable people work there that live Birds, they will always answer your questions and will be happy to spend time explaining things, what food to feed and why and how birds behave. I got two healthy birdies from them. A Green Chick Conure and a Caique :)❤️

The staff is friendly. We had a conversation about the birds sitting on their perches in front of the register. They have a great selection of bird toys too!

Went in to start trying to connect with a “new bird” after my conure of 25 years passed away. I owned around 5 conures in my life. And been around parrots since I was little. So just for reference, I know a quite a bit about breeds and prices but I still ask the store and “experts” any questions I may have.I arrived to the store on a Wednesday before 4pm, so it was still slow. I felt a bit of a connection with a golden conure who just got done being hand fed. I was scratching him for a bit before testing out his hand training/familiarity and picking him up and he got quite comfortable. Closing his eyes and making little hiccups while my father and I scratch him behind his ears. (Reminded us of my conure of 25 years). This lasted a minute or two before the golden conure wanted to climb my shoulder, before I could gently remove him since he was picking at my necklace, an older lady with short white hair came over and took him from me and pointed to a sign “no birds on shoulders”.I apologized and started I didn’t see the sign since it was behind me. She didn’t acknowledge my explanation and just walked away… I didn’t think much of it till I asked her a moment later (while trying to give my attention back to the golden conure), I asked her how much do they charge for golden conures… (I knew they go for aprx 6k), anyway she responded firming and dragging out 7 thousand. Felt like the tone to her response was a suggestive judgement.Anyway, I felt like she didn’t care if I could afford it, she didn’t care what I was in for, and she didn’t like my presence for some reason. Maybe it was because I missed reading the sign, who knows…. We were greeted when we came in either. But there was another woman maybe in her 30-40s who did ask if we were alright between what had happen. Not sure who she wasn’t and wish I worked with her instead. At least someone seemed to have more situational awareness for their potential customers.Anyway, we bought a couple of bird toys for my other little ones and left.

BE AWARE! They sold me a sick bird that died within 3 months, had zero compassion, and took zero responsibility. I really wish I would have read all the other reviews about them selling sick birds.I purchased a baby High Red Sun Conure, and she died in under 3 months of having her. A necropsy revealed a congenital deformation of ventriculus that was not compatible with life.Note: before she died, I went to the store sobbing, and was met with zero compassion. I was concerned that if it was some sort of virus, that the rest of the batch could be sick. They said their birds were tested, tried to blame my other birds (who are all totally healthy), and sent me on my way.Stay far far away from this business and this staff! Definitely consider going to the other bird store in the area. I have had nothing, but positive experiences with them. Her name was Scuttle, and even though we had her for a short time we miss her to pieces.

Went there to purchase a pineapple conure, when I ask the lady at the desk how much the bird was she gave me a price but it was sold along with the cage I told her I didn't mean the kids I have one at home and she said first I must show her pictures of my cage ? what? Thas rude don't force your cage on me . And besides the cage I had at home for the little bird was a mansion compared to the cage she was trying to sell me! From now on the only thing I'll be buying from them is the food because it's actually good an my BIRDS love it?
