I usually come through the chipotle lane and there is the one lady with the jet black hair and cap who seems to work the drive thru frequently. She is a doll! I don’t have to say my name, she’s very efficient must be a manger, if not make her one !

This is the worst chipotle so far. Someone needs to get fired or its management. Cheaps out on food, and its cold and old. No support they'll hang up on you or not pick up.

Management needs to do better. I can only point the finger at management for the poor maintenance and operations of this store. I am happy with the location of the store but I will start traveling to another Chipotle if this location doesn’t shape up.Mgmt needs to convey the importance of a clean store. Staff should be wiping up behind themselves when serving. The prep table in the back is mortifying. Cashiers should understand the value of keeping the front clean and orderly; the juice dispenser should be full not low like the contents are stagnant and the fridge should be stocked.Small changes can really have big effect. Look at the reviews. You haven’t been open long enough for the reviews to be this poor. DO BETTER.

Stopped by after work for the new chicken al pastor bowl. I got two, just with different starch and vegetable combo. I really enjoyed mine (and I still have leftovers). Also got an order of barbacoa beef tacos.

After ordering a pick-up online, we waited behind two cars. My friend's order was missing a dressing when we checked the bag. Upon returning to my friend's house, we found that he had a completely different item than what he ordered. The rest of our items were lukewarm at best.Vegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: YesParking: Convenient and plentifulKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I mean, you're here for the value. And sometimes it feels almost nostalgic to go to Chipitle. Especially pre-Covid Chipotle. But this, it just didn't satisfy. The obvious reliance on chicken thighs is fine, I guess. Except these were so fatty. Completely untrimmed. Not rendered. So, Gummy , I started avoiding meat bites.I wanted to enjoy this, but couldn't. Uneven scoops. Poorly prepared food. You need the acid of the corn salsa. You need the acid in the rice. You need the sweet heat from the Verde salsa, so when that's off... the entire experience is.Next time, I'm driving by.

It is unfortunate that after ordering my meal for over $ 100, my family and I all has diarrhea. I have eaten from chipotle before and never had a problem, however after my experience yesterday I suspect some hygieneissues at this location.

If you read the reviews regardless of the few positive ones on average there is a 2 star indicator. Very unfortunate because I live in the area and since trying this spot 3 times I'd rather travel to a different location after the experience I had. One time the food seamed to be missing all the seasoning, literally. And the serving area was clean. You can see the boiler plate response from someone at chipotle but there are no changes. Pretty obvious that someone owns this business and can afford to care less about customer service or profit for that matter. At least you think the people who workk there would take pride in their work efforts. That alone being said it's an established I'd prefer to not spend my hard earned money at. Lol. Chic Falet is down the street as well as other food places. Lol

I placed an order through the app and picked it up through the drive-through. They gave me the wrong order. No one in the store wanted to answer the phone as I found out I had the wrong order when I was already 20 minutes away. The app was also useless in trying to fix the issue. It seems like this store doesn’t care about quality and only cares about how fast they can produce an order. Regardless of accuracy. Needless to say, last time I ordered from the store, they didn’t give me utensils in the drive-through. And I found out later when I didn’t have any utensils handy. The staff in the store should be retrained or fired. If this is how I performed in my job, I would’ve been fired day one. Absolutely horrendous and disappointing. Waste of money.

I'm trying my best to give this place grace as this location is fairly new and hasn't been open long but higher management really needs to involve themselves to fix this place.Went there around 8:45PM to grab a usual bowl and they were out of nearly everything. No corn, no guacamole, no chips, no sour cream. Sour cream? Something that takes no prep time to put out? The staff is really missing the mark. When one of the employees was asked by a customer as he had came there to redeem his free guac coupon, her response was simply "we're about to close". I understand expectations shouldn't be high around closing time but an hour and 15 minutes before doors shut and half the add-ins are gone?I purposely stopped ordering online from this location because they are ALWAYS out of something. I refuse to pre-pay for an order online only to be told they cannot refund me for the items they ran out of when I get there. At times, the staff has even chosen to say nothing only for me to go home and be surprised by a meal missing things I ordered. This location is going to lose money and business FAST. My normal Chipotle order that would usually cost me $15.00 ran me $8.00 because the only offerings they had were meat, rice, and salsa. If they can't keep up with the demand, food prep, and cleanliness, consider shorter hours. Not to mention one of the workers had pulled a trash can directly besides the assembly line to wipe all of the fall out into the trash bin. How is this inline with food safety precautions? For now, I'll skip this location and take an extra 15 minute drive to the one in Mount Laurel.
