Multiple calls. Waiting for three weeks for delivery. Their word means nothing. Terrible customer service.

Express scripts is a horrible service. It can take a week or more to get a prescription filled and mailed. Why would anyone do this when you can get a prescription filled at a walk-in pharmacy in a day? Their customer service has no answers.

Yesterday another driver from our company was here and was unable to make a delivery, he was told to come tomorrow morning at 07:00 am. I arrived instead of him today 06:40 am and became empty 07:40 am. (Unloading took 40 minutes. I got my door at 07:00 am) (5 stars for fast unloading)

Dawn emp #144213 pharmacy tech - Do better, your attitude & overall unprofessionalism needs to be addressed. I'm pretty sure making rude comments then hanging up on customers would be deemed inappropriate conduct per your company guidelines. Yes, I called back & happily waited another 45 mins to obtain your info & request you be reported. You need additional customer service training on how to have a conversation & basic professionalism skills. I merely requested the survey & heard your comment of " You aint gettin No Survey!"prior to you hanging up on me. I had a valid issue that you would not listen to,. Express Scripts, You have lost a customer & I will be informing our company benefits coordinator of the ongoing issues with your company. You do have a few polite customer service reps NOT DAWN , but its apparent they are also frustrated with the systems & inaccuracies. Still, no one can solve or explain why my prescriptions & your system is showing conflicting info. I've wasted enough time, moving on, Beware people, you get what you pay for..

Horrible... I wouldn't use this Pharmacy unless I wanted to be on the phone for hours every month trying to figure out strange and mysterious charges I'm constantly having my account lock for their errors! Unfortunately my insurance company forces me to use this Outlet. It's horrible the people who work there are nice but the mysterious charges are crazy I miss the old days of just walking into a pharmacy and getting it filled and pay my co-pay and walking out but forget the overall Pharmacy in the mysterious charges. I miss the old days when you could just go to the pharmacy pay your co-pay and leave and not have to deal with this nonsense over the phone.

Horrible. For some reason they cannot get my user name and password in sync so despite registering etc I cannot log in. Hours and hours on phone and no one can fix. IT department cannot be contacted. Just screwed
