Just a horrible, in the way company nobody asked for but now have to deal with.

Absolute nightmare of a company to work with. Aetna recently switched to working with them for prescriptions and it has been nothing but trouble. You will need to budget hours of your time every week to jumping through their ridiculous hoops, and then still will likely receive no coverage. A complete disgrace of a company.

Arrived about 2 hours early they weren't quite open yet as soon as they open someone came and grabbed my paperwork and I was out of there within an hour. Pretty easy process
