“After coming home from being out of the country I had a problem where my payment did not go through, somehow my bank declined the payment because I notified my bank that we would be out of the country and they thought that someone was making fraudulent charges somehow. It was really confusing but I went into my local Verizon wireless store and that is where I met a team member named Kim and also another staff member,.....I believe his name was Mike, a manager. I quickly explain the situation and Kim jumped into action and made several phone calls and was a huge help. I was able to follow the steps that she recommended and call back to their customer service line 1st thing the next morning which is what I did today and everything got worked out. The service was exceptional and the attention to detail for helping and taking care of things really exceeded my expectations. Five stars all the way across the board hopefully Kim is given a raise, as well as some recognition”
