My experience at Kay Jewelers was exceptional. Elasia and Franlis were knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through their beautiful selection of diamond chains. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail in explaining each piece made my purchase decision easy. The quality of the product, combined with the excellent customer service, made it a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a new wedding ring because the old one he had was damaged. I walked into this Kay Jewelers location knowing exactly what I wanted. I came in with a design in mind, but I was provided with even better ideas for the ring that was no more expensive than my original design. I worked with Franlis Rivera on this project and his attitude from the first day I walked in there until my very last day was top notch. He was extremely patient with me until we came to a mutual agreement on the official design of the ring. He kept me updated on all milestones of the project to a point where I trusted him to make decisions on my behalf. He became the one I sought advice from and I couldn't have asked for a better partner on this. It's safe to say that all future jewelry for myself and my family, will surely come from Kay Jewelers. Specifically, we would love to work with Franlis Rivera once again. I am extremely satisfied with the service and result of this. And my husband is in awe.
