And their in house tailor is great and all alterations are perfect and done in a timely manner as with other places who's in house tailors are not very good or no attention to detail and take weeks .”

They helped me with exactly what I needed and more importantly didn’t try and sell me things that were unnecessary. They were very professional and precise about their actions. “It's pretty expensive if you don't have a Kohl's credit card and the lines are usually pretty long and/or slow, unless you're doing an Amazon transaction, that line is pretty short usually, but you do have to walk all the way to the back of the storm in the middle, to get to the Amazon counter. I'm pretty sure there's a bathroom in there somewhere but I didn't use it.”

This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors.
I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter.
After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right ?...he swore I had stolen some hats ?...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo ?
Just that one weirdo, never had an issue there, staff is great!”

They said they can't return liquid merchandise. They suggest UPS.
Amazon DID show Kohl's as a place to return the liquid merchandise. Amazon says UPS will charge me $6.99 to return them.”

“I was looking to buy some sneakers brother for my brother birthday. When entering the store we received a warm welcome. Marcus walked over and ask if there was something he can help us find? He was very courteous and made sure he went out his way to help.. I came back the following day because the shoes were one size small. Marcus was working and the first thing he asked , how was the birthday party? The facts that he even remembered I was impressed! He even talked to my 6 year old Son about Madagascar lol. Marcus definitely made a connection with his customer and I really appreciate him helping us 😊”
“They have an impressive selection of high -end urban attire howerver ,it would be nice if they could alter their return policy, but on the bright side ,I have bought some very stylish True Religion Jeans items ,Polo Ralph Lauren and even Robins Jean here with Swarovski Crystals embedded in them so , I am cheifly satisfied with my shopping experience and would recommend Octane to friends and family .”

On the day for pick up, there was a mistake in one of the measurements and the manager, Andy, took care of the issue on the same day, I was able to leave happy and satisfied. “This location saved my holidays! Obviously are kids have always difficult challenges for me! My daughter like different shoes than me and she always choosing some colors or designs of sneakers what is hard to find in her size??♀️but I did it!! I buy last pair of Jordan1Retro for her and what a surprise when instead paying 140$ we pay 40$ cheaper ? and this store was open till 7pm at Christmas it’s always difficult for me to shop bc I’m delivering for living so thanks to those young people who work there I have some nice sneakers for100$ and I was able shop in dollar store and Marshal on the same shopping center location!! The other snipe location what I like it’s Nottingham way in Hamilton Twp. Right next to Walmart!! The best volume of sneakers and sports clothing it’s just stuff with goodies !! Oh and they have 50% off for some nice Pumas and few other models from other brands ✌?”
