I had a good experience at this location a couple of weeks ago, so I made an appt to go back there today for another Dr's blood draw request. Unfortunately there was a different staff member there today. The moment I walked in she exhaled in a loud manner, and looked at me in a disgusted way. She then proceeded to be rude to me, and tell me she wasn't even going to draw my blood, due to the Drs office putting "Labcorp" on the top of the order! I told her my insurance covers Quest, and I just had blood drawn there; but she claimed the codes were different and couldn't help me. It's amazing that her co-worker had no problem with the same type of form only a week or so before. I think this woman just decided she didn't want to take my blood. She totally wasted my time. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Quest now. I will not be going back unless I know this woman won't be there. She is a horrible representative for Quest.

The phlebotomist has a very nasty attitude. All I said was use my other arm to draw blood she very rudely pulled the rubber band off. Then she drew blood from my other arm and was arguing. She sticked me so hard that I am bruised and I can’t bend my arm. I am very disappointed. First and last time in this lab. ??

The person they have working the front desk is absolutely not a good or positive reflection of their company. Her attitude sucks!!! She has no people skills or customer service skills. She should not be the first face you see when coming in. Im so disgusted with this place. I know for sure I will never come back here again, nor will I ever bring my client here again. We figured we try it because Dr Blank office is right in front, but no, absolutely never again. Really surprised Dr Blank's office recommended this place/location.

Always nice, always professional.. They do their best to run this as one woman show, doing everything from check in to the blood draw... Remain professional even when people walk in 2 minutes til closing and want to be done immediately..

I was here Saturday morning, the girl with the glasses can use a slight bit of people skills as this job does cater to the public... I felt she talked to me like I was slow, I suppose I an competent enough to see her public relations really need an overhaul!

Went to the lab just before they were closing. The person took my blood anyway. I was unable to give a urine specimen so she gave me a container for me to bring back the next day. Thank you so much because I have several medical problems so I was glad she took the time to help me

I had a 2:00 appointment, which I arrived early for. There was nobody else in the waiting room when I arrived. Not only was I not taken on time, but the phlebotomist never looked at me the entire time I was at the lab. Part of the Phlebotomist,s training should be how to deal with the public. Although she was proficient at her job, her demeanor could use a lot of improvement. I will not return here for my future lab work.
