My organization had a great experience with Simonik during our commercial office move. They were friendly, patient with my stupid questions, and were amenable to adjusting the quote to meet our budget. I recommend their services!

Let's see, where to start with this group. Sales guy came and did a walk through. We have a few cats and he asked that everything be packed and the cats be put away during said move. I agreed (because obviously I don't want them to run outside). The movers showed up the day of and there were a total of 5 guys. One man came in and used the restroom (failed to flush the toliet or wash his hands) and another came upstairs to do the walk through. These guys walked off the job after our cats were not "behind closed doors." Mind you they went in rooms in which we told them not to go into, letting said cats out. Then they told me that the cats had defectacted in the garage (in which it's detached and never have been in) and also on the couch, but also unable to prove. They clearly didn't feel like working and so they walked off the job on the day of and it left us in a lurch. These people should have never accepted said job yet they did. Absolute trash humans and I have zero respect for this company. Don't accept a job if you're not willing to deal with felines. Total trash humans and never gave me back my deposit which I deserve after everyone walking off the job for zero reason. STAY AWAY and do yourself a favor!

Simonik provided excellent services and by far the best experience I have had with movers! From the initial inventory quote with Chris to the amazing team, including Saleem, Tyrone and Austin, I can't say enough positives! The team arrived on time and were professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. I've never trusted a team of movers so much. They worked quickly but safely to ensure there was no damage to my personal items or home. I appreciate their kindness and careful packing to secure all items. It is obvious they care and take pride in their work. They are true professionals! They communicated with me throughout the move to ensure my needs were met and I felt comfortable with their work. I will definitely be calling them for my next move!

The sales team is great. The actual movers who showed up to move our house were terrible and unprofessional. One tried to steal a gun from us, and they actually got away with stealing expensive bourbon and jewelry!! Also, they broke several pieces of furniture, lamps, glassware, with not a care in the world when I pointed it out. Additionally, one of them was drinking while on the job. They complained about moving heavier pieces of furniture down steps. I would never hire this company again. Its a shame too, because we were repeat customers since we had such a great experience a few years ago.

Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. We could have done a better job if we had moved the items ourselves. My parents hired these movers to move them from NJ to NH and they broke countless items. My husband and I moved our items from NJ to our house in NH without breaking a single item… and yet “professional” movers broke so many items. Not only that but they were dishonest and tried to glue items (like chair legs) and did not mention anything until one leg literally fell off as they carried it into the house (and they were caught with wet glue on the item). We found other chair legs glued (after they assured us nothing else was broken), shelves clearly carefully placed upon moving them in, to make it look like they didn’t break a clip that held the shelf in place, gouges out of their dining room table, to name a few. Not only did they break things but they were dishonest. They also had my parents fill out a survey before checking any of the items to say they were satisfied…which probably speaks to why their “reviews” are high… they are probably in fact very skewed. The movers refused to go through the checklist of items with my parents, even after my mom requested. Do not use this company unless you want to work with dishonest people who do not care about taking care of your items.

I felt that the office staff could have informed me better about what to expect, as I needed to keep on calling for clarification. But to their credit, each of the several people I spoke to always called me back, and when one couldn't answer my question, referred me to someone else to call. The BEST was when Delivery Day was approaching, they set up contact between the driver and me so that we were able to narrow down a 6-day "delivery spread" to within minutes of the Big Orange Truck's arrival.Compliments to the driver and his team who traveled with our goods from the warehouse to our new "hometown." Frank, Jesse, and Joe worked smoothly and efficiently to unload our possessions from the truck into the designated space. MOST impressive was how driver Frank navigated that huge orange 18-wheeler around what looked like impossibly tight corners and narrow driveways, but he finessed it. Bravo, Frank!

We had a great experience with our move. The crew assigned to us, Travis, Makai, Gerald and Darnell did a great job. They were careful and efficient and just as importantly, were friendly, courteous and took all the stress out of the move for my wife and I. As our furniture was placed into storage, we require a 2nd move and have requested them again as they were wonderful.

Please go to another company or move yourself . I moved from NJ to SC in June of 2023. I asked the salesman from the Lumberton Office directly if I would have their employees handle our move. He said "yes" directly to my face in my kitchen. They take payment prior to the service too. So the night before pickup I get a text from the driver who works with North American Van Lines. I call the local office and they tell me they are part of their company. Then the next morning. The driver is there but no crew to load for 5 to 6 hours. We were told to tip the workers. Which we did but they were taking lots of things apart. Why???. We just kept trying to go with the flow. It is a very stressful time. We paid for extra insurance to protect our property too. We had our stuff delivered on time to storage units because of delays with the home in SC. While living with my daughter. We went to the storage unit to get a gas leaf blower. We noticed it was damaged. I was told to put in a claim. It was denied and told that the extra insurance was not good beyond the storage units. So tell me how you can check your stuff for damages before you get into the new home? I call the local office again to discuss what has happened. They do not care at all. I even sent a email to the owner. No response. We have things that are broken, missing etc. They have not offered one penny to help with the situation. So I paid $10,000 for poor service, broken items, and missing stuff too. I just don't understand how they can do this to us. The movers were the worst experience of the entire move. Do not trust them at all. Sell everything and rent a UHaul. They do not even cover for damages of $.60 cents per pound. Protect yourselves. Do not trust them at all.

We worked with Simonik Transportation for 2 major moves over the course of the month. From the first call I made it was clear the leadership was responsive and committed to delivering quality service. Communication was clear and fair; we addressed and adjusted multiple scenarios reasonably and smoothly. The onsite moving teams, on the days of packing and unpacking, exceeded expectations and proactively offered to help. I would recommend and use this company in the future. Thank You Simonik Team!

Simonik helped me move some of my elderly parents furniture to storage last week. I can't thank or praise them enough to make it an accurate portrayal of my gratitude. Travis & Mekhi were efficient, supportive, innovative and most importantly, kind.My parents suffer with severe dementia and depression so the state of their apartment is overwhelming for most. I let Travis and Mekhi know the situation so that when I'd spontaneously burst into tears, they'd know it wasn't related to the move. They were so empathetic and kept me smiling and sane through a very emotional day. They even conversed with my 75 year old father, asking HIM for his knowledge of how to disassemble some of the older pieces. Most people dismiss people like my Dad. Not only did they include him in the process, they gave him the respect and kindness he needed on a very difficult day. My father was on cloud 9 that these two gentlemen talked to him because it had been so long since someone apart from me cared what he had to say. He felt useful for the first time in a long time.Delivery to storage was great as well. Everything was compacted well into a small area so that I could just rest after and process emotions. Travis & Mekhi did a heck of a lot more than move furniture. They moved hearts and carried them with the utmost care. I can't imagine myself using or recommending any other movers in the future.Special thanks to Chris as well for setting up the logistics ahead of time and really understanding the difficult situation.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Simonik Transportation & Warehousing Group has moved us 4 times over the last 6 months, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation! This is truly a moving company that cares about the quality of the services they provide. The sales team, the move coordinators, and the moving crew could not have been more responsive and professional. I can not say enough positive things about the guys that performed our moves. They were on time, polite, hard-working, careful, and all possessed that “do whatever it takes” attitude! We had a few large challenging pieces that needed to be moved through some small spaces. They talked it through and came up with some well-thought-out solutions to the challenges. The men under the leadership of their crew supervisor, EZ, were simply awesome! As unpleasant as moving can be, the team at Simonik made it easy and stress-free. We are hoping to never move again but will definitely be referring Simonik Transportation & Warehousing Group to all of our friends and family!

When I first heard that the company required payment on the credit card UP FRONT, before the move I was crazy. Who asks for all the money before the job is even started????? Apparently, that is the policy of this company. But when the guys did show up they worked FAST, they were careful with everything they moved, they wrapped everything well, they were kind, considerate, they moved furniture as needed for set up, they put everything together, they were amazing. In all my years of being in an industry that requires moving I have never worked with a better group of people. Kathy B. was so patient with me in explaining the payment policy and after determining the final cost of the move, CREDITED BACK MY DAUGHTER'S ACCOUNT for some $400 that was not needed for the job. WHO DOES THAT??? I will be referring everyone who moves in and out of my community where I rent apartments to use this team. They are the epidemy of TRUST.
