SHame I had to even give this place one star, as it certainly does NOT deserve it. So, buying a car is supposed to be a happy experience, right? Well, my experience has been a complete nightmare, and I am truly sorry I ever bought a car from this place! Once this place, particularly JAMES OSBORN IV, the salesman, got their money, it all went downhill!!! I have had the car almost two months now, and believe it or not, STILL waiting for the title as I need that so I can get the registration and tags and inspection for my car!!!! Keep getting the run around from James, that is, of course, if you can even get him on the phone!! I have left several (16 to be exact) messages for this man and he has not given me a single courtesy of a reply!! Maybe he is sleeping on the couch like he was the one day I went up there since he didn't return my call!!!

I got a car have still NOT GOTTEN MY PLATES. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. a different finance company one i didnt even get the loan thru tried to repo my car! and I get ZERO answers

If I could give this place a ZERO I would~ I am unfortunately VERY SORRY I ever bought a car from this place. The only thing that James seems to be good at is lying, over and over. He lies so much, he probably believes his own lies!~ As soon as he got his $ it was all downhill from there~ I bought my car on June 11, 2019 and it is now August 9th and STILL waiting for the title as I cant get my tags or registration until the title comes in. MY temp tags and reg expired and I was without my car for 8 days! James didin't care. He actually told me to go ahead and drive the car, the cops won't bother me!!!! is this guy for real?? The worst part about all of this is his constant dishonesty and has kept me in the dark this entire time on what the problem is with the title~~~Now not sure if someone beat me to shutting their a** down but i have been calling EVERY DAY for the past two weeks and every time their voicemail picks right up~~~ Today when I called, got a recording saying the voice box was full~~~ This is a complete joke . So much for the promise for the 2 new tires and to fix my AC~~ Been waiting on those since day one. What the hell good is an IOWEU paper from you when I can't even get you on the phone?? Didn't your training teach you that Customer Service should be your priority because without your customers you wouldn't be!!! I can honestly say this is the VERY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THRU~ I am now in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, The Consumer Protection as well as contacting their Surety Bond Company. I know that none of the readers know me from a can of paint, lol but trust and believe I would never write a bad review if it wasn't absolutely necessary. The only thing that this dealership should do is walk away and close the doors for good. You are in the wrong profession~ Just sucks that I had to be the one to have to deal with such unprofessional people when this was supposed to be a happy time. Happy??? NOT~~~ Please, save yourself a ton of aggravation, stress, etc.,etc., and stay far far away from Genesis Auto AKA Smitty's in Burlington. You might even catch James sleeping on the couch like I did the one day!! Yea, he was hard at work alright~~~ SMDH Dawn D

We recently went to Genesis auto sales and bought a car for our daughter. Everyone was so kind and helpful. James was so easy to Work with. Our goal was to have the car as a Christmas surprise, which they made possible. If your looking for a car go to Genesis Auto and see the great people. Thank you everyone from Genesis auto. What a joke a 2011 Hyundai with over 100k miles previous fluid leaks and bald tires. I ask James what this car is going for. He stated I can get you a deal around the mid 8's? I hadn't had a good laugh in a while. They picked this car up in a Philly auction for $1500 did little to no work. They duct taped the interior passenger side door handle, washed, vacuumed and did there best to clean up the oil and antifreeze on engine cover. I'm just glad I never gave them info to run my credit score. So glad I left this flaming dumpster fire of a dealership.

Haven't bought a used car since 1902, or so it seems. Tom, Shannon and James made it easy! Mainly dealt with Tom and Shannon. I was a PITA. Was very tired and stressed out from the fun day with my previous car. Genesis Auto Sales swung an awesome deal! They mixed wheeling and dealing with kindness and humor! Drive, don't walk to Genesis Auto Sales!!
