UPS lost my pkg which was a return to Amazon and acted like it was no big deal and 2 of the employee that I spoke with over the phone was rude to date Amazon has not received my return They treated me like my issue was no big deal at all

Why are you closing it when it is 4:45 pm on Saturday ? It supposed to be closed 5 pm . I came here for nothing !!!!!!!!! You made me carry these stuff for nothing . Terrible management

Very bad customer service I have pretty much every day delivered like more than 15 boxes with truck I was delivering on the back because the front you can't park the truck up front I was told that I can't bring boxes on the back have to be up front and the people that they bring up front is usually like couple boxes so for me there is no possible that I can do even if I was allowed to part of the truck up front bring 15 boxes by myself it's a shame

Had an appt for 1230 for notary. Arrived and was told they would be in at 130 even though I had a verified appointment. Came back at 130 and was told notary wasn't coming in. Lost half a day of work and still got nothing done. Why advertise the service and verify the appointment that morning if no one cares about your time anyway? Never again at any location will they get my money.

This Store is the best. I went today to send something internat'l. The clerk was. Very, very helpful and patient. This isn’t first time. They are Always pleasant, helpful and go over and beyond.
