“Had a leak in my brake line. Firestone was ready and available to help fix the problem, even going out of their way to make the repairs as effective and inexpensive as possible. Price was still a bit high, and the wait was a bit long, but that's par for the course with certain auto repair jobs, especially one as complicated as what I had done. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful, especially Holly. With luck, I will keep my car on the road a while longer. But, when I need a complex repair, I will trust Firestone to handle it.”

“It was serendipitous that I met up with these guys! I was pulling out of a gas station and they were letting me into traffic but then kept pointing at my tire. My left rear tire was almost flat and I was about to go onto the highway. What a lifesaver! If they hadn’t directed me to their tire business, I would’ve been stranded on the highway now.
