“Had a leak in my brake line. Firestone was ready and available to help fix the problem, even going out of their way to make the repairs as effective and inexpensive as possible. Price was still a bit high, and the wait was a bit long, but that's par for the course with certain auto repair jobs, especially one as complicated as what I had done. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful, especially Holly. With luck, I will keep my car on the road a while longer. But, when I need a complex repair, I will trust Firestone to handle it.”

“Just this week I had 5 new tires mounted on my Ford F-150 at Mr Tire in Burlington. I had an outstanding experience there. Initially I went in for pricing on the tires that I wanted. Namir worked with me to get those tires in, and ensured that they would be recently-made tires by checking the DOT stamps. He did exactly that. A few days later I went back in to get them installed. That's when I met Brianna, who was very professional, efficient and friendly. She was completely ready for my appointment. I was so impressed that while I was there I asked them to replace my rear break pads and give me an oil & filter change. They accomodated me very well. Happy to give them a great recommendation!”
