Second time my carrier pretended like they tried to deliver a package and claimed no one was home. Both times, someone was home and available to receive the package in question. We also have proof on our RING that they never even got out of their vehicle.

Wouldn't deliver my package because of a dog barking behind a locked door. Cant even see the dog, these people are just so lazy.

MR. Tyrell was incredible and found my packages himself, and other staff also were responsive to my situation! THANK YOU!! As a City resident it was reassuring to know you will go the extra step to help resolve issues!

I called Friday about a package being delivered (I’m not in the state atm because of a family medical situation) and was told I’d receive a callback to pay for postage to have it sent to me. I never got the callback. I called back on Monday, no one answered multiple times. I called back today and spoke with a Cathy. She told me the information given to me was incorrect and that I couldn’t pay for postage. She said I had to file temp change of address or come in person (even though I’m not living where I am having it mailed)… She asked me strange questions that were irrelevant as to why I was calling, and never apologized once for the misinformation given by the employees there. Lack of empathy all together and I’m disappointed in the experience I had as it was a complete waste of time.

Carrier refuses to deliver my packages ordered through Amazon. Claims “my address doesn’t exist” and yet Amazon delivers every time, I’d also like to add my address is registered with the city of Burlington. Not to mention they don’t even offer a hold at their facility, they ship it right back to Amazon without even contacting me. There’s a note within my delivery instructions to ensure it makes it to the correct house and yet USPS ignores it. USPS as a whole is the most unprofessional carrier out there and this specific location does not care or have any consideration of people and their items, I just moved here and I’m completely displeased.

Does anyone answer the phone at Post Office?? Phone rang 12x then disconnected. Is this the new normal now? A simple question answered is all I needed. Just a suggestion, this time of year is same every year, prepare ahead of time for it. Is there a Supervisor???

Too many packages come up missing or lost with this location. They scan in packages and then find delivery them. Calling them for anything always takes 10 to 12 calls before they pick up. They can never resolve your issue right away, Which is understandable however, you leave a message thinking that they are going to follow up and they simply don’t so you start the process of calling all over again. You leave messages for the postmaster he doesn’t call back. You have to diligently call and stay on them to do their job. Someone needs to investigate why packages are disappearing, yet regular mail arrives. This facility gives me anxiety each time. I know that someone is shipping through them. This is unacceptable. This facility needs to tighten up or close down, just as simple as that .

Driver didn't even look for my apartment and then drove off saying that there was no drop off point! I usually have no issue but it seemed as we had a cover driver so they didn't know what they were doing.

They're pleasant to deal with in person but for the past month or so I've been having issue's with them delivering packages to the wrong house or packages being marked as delivered when they were never delivered. And I have a doorbell camera so I know this. And they almost never answer their phone!!! ?

That one Indian (gujrati) lady is the meanest most annoying employee I came across in the world. She needs to be fired for the way she behaves to customers and screams at them.
