If I could give this place a negative star I would. Horrible place & horrible service. First they are a complete rip off. My daughter with my 2 nieces went there. Before they went there they called and asked what they wanted done and was given a price. After the service they charged them $46 extra. Being that they were girls and young they had no choice but to pay. I wasn’t able to go there at the moment because I was at work but they are a rip off.

Umm if u like good quality nail DONT EVER COME HERE they need a new set of nail techs they DONT know how to do nails the application is thick they don't know how to shape nails and they would charge u a arm and a leg I paid 130 for my nails and that's no where on there actually pricing bored I was asking about pricing and the man in the front just kept saying i don't know ... this place is garbage and the vibes is off .. the man who did my nails had his chest all out very uncomfortable

Me and my boyfriend were getting pedis, the water was too hot to put my feet in so I was waiting and she processed to kick my feet and said put you feet in the water … they cut my boyfriend toes.. they talked very loud and laughed the whole time we were getting service just rude do that on your own time !!! would never go back there!!!

They do not follow the rules and regulations of cosmetology. They do not use the disinfectant for the tools. The nail tech had them inside of a cough drop container why are they allowed to do that? Where are the inspections for these nail salons??!!

I thought the salon was nice. My nails turned out great. The only issues I had was the wait and the state of my toes. I waited soaking my feet for 45 minutes before someone got to me and the woman who did my pedicure dug at my big toes so much that they are sore and bleeding now. I will go back for manicures but I am not so sure im interested in getting pedicures there anymore.

My Beautiful Queens, read the reviews on this nail salon before visiting, I wished I had some of the Technicians are biased and demonstrate racism at this below standards dirty/dusty salon. The guy who calls himself "Peter" is the worst offender, he's moves too fast and burned my finger, I yelled in pain and he offered no apology, but to blame me saying "you keep moving" in broken bad English. Since the clientele is primarily African American Women, I truly believe they offer poor service, unsanitary conditions because we don't always demand better and are accustomed to poor treatment in the service sectors. The techs here are constantly watching the door and looking for new business barely focused on the nails they're working on.Not Good. Sisters, we deserved high quality service for our hard earned money, respect and honor Luxe Nails is not the place and quote different prices constantly scamming the clientele.

Zero stars if i could for the nails but the toes came out cute. I told her skinny square and what she gave me. Hunny i don't even know what to call it. I've asked her to fix it and her excuse was "you asked for square". Then proceed to tell me it all depends on the nail bed. When i showed her i had it done before she just got quiet. The Lady that did my nails is Loan Would not be returning for nails.

10/10 recommended - Joe was extremely patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted throughout the process of doing my nails. The design I wanted for my birthday took waaaay longer than expected because of the design I chose and even then, Joe made sure I was satisfied by the end of the appointment. So glad I finally found a home based nail salon as my husband and I recently moved to the area within the last 2 years
