“This review is for Evelyn! Every employee should be like her! I called in for a specific item which at the time they did not have.. a week or so goes by and Evelyn calls me to tell me she automatically thought of me when she pulled the item I called for in stock. That shows care and excellent customer service! Thank you again Evelyn! :)”

“I had to take a minute to shout out Victoria at Five Below Store-#10 in Levittown — seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the second I walked in, she was upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Not that fake “retail nice” — real, natural energy. She went out of her way to help me find what I needed, answered every question like she actually knew her stuff, and never once made it feel rushed or forced.
What stood out most? Respect. She treated me like I mattered as a customer, kept a great attitude the whole time, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.
Five Below needs more people like Victoria — she’s the kind of employee that makes you want to come back.
Give her a raise or something, seriously.”

“It's was ok. I always like 5below for last minute gifts or stocking stuffers. but, the beyond section and the fact that most $4-5 items are now $6-7 has dollar store vibes going to $1.25.”

“I went to the Five Below in Lumberton near my home today and they had a squish mellow event. I had to grab a few for my nieces so it was perfect. The store was organized and clean. Everything was easy to find and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to shop here again as it was a pleasant experience.”
“Five Below is a fantastic store for bargain hunters and budget-conscious shoppers. The store lives up to its name by offering a wide range of products, all priced at $5 or below. Whether you're looking for gadgets, toys, clothing, or home goods, Five Below has you covered. The store's layout is easy to navigate, and the colorful displays make shopping a fun experience. It's a great place to find affordable gifts and seasonal items. The selection of trendy and novelty items is impressive, and they frequently rotate their inventory, so there's always something new to discover. One minor downside is that the quality of some products may reflect their low price, so it's essential to shop with reasonable expectations. However, for everyday essentials and fun novelties, Five Below is hard to beat.Overall, Five Below is a treasure trove for those on a budget or anyone looking for unique and affordable finds. It's a go-to destination for both kids and adults, making it a must-visit store for bargain shopping.”
“I love 5 Below. They have added so much new trendy things the last couple months. The store was clean, neat & organized. The staff was friendly. While it was self-checkout, the line moved at a steady pace and checkout was easy.”

“The staff are super nice, they helped me at the self check out. Store selection is typical for a five below. Not too high of quality stuff but a good place when you're trying to buy gifts for friends etc.”

“It is crazy what one person can do to ruin an entire business, the previous manager legit almost did exactly that, i see from other reviews they got a new manager, i will go back in and hope they experience is better but for now i changed it to 5 stars for getting rig of the last one finally”
“Great deals and nice employee. I got two My Hero Academia pillow and blanket sets for $5 each. With the current promo it was BOGO 50% off so $7.50 for both! Also got a cute Pusheen x Hatsune Miku Tshirt for $10. The one guy working was nice and was super chill but they're definitely understaffed so expect a wait at the register when they randomly have a surge of customers.”

“Always organized, staff is always friendly and willing to help! This is one of the best locations in the area & the employees deserve all the recognition possible. I drive out of my way to come to this one because of how nice they are here. 10/10 ! Other locations could learn a lot from the staffing here.”
