Emergency call later saturday morng and came over. Fixed it and serviced the system. Noted issues with auto timer but bi passed with a three day cycle not trying to up sell me. Finally a company not looking for a quick buck but rather a long term customer.

It was a little difficult setting up an appointment, I had called and the person let me know they would call me back. I had to call back 1 week later to set up the appointment. The service tech was very professional and fast. He was very helpful with explaining what was being done and how it gets done.

I had a great experience with advanced water softening. Knowing nothing about the type of filter I had in my house, I spoke with Christina who was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me 2 options and when I went to pick them up, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely work with this company again.

I recently purchased a home with a water softening system, always had city water. I had some salt bridging in my tank, didn't know how to fix it, so I called Advanced Water Softening, they set me up for a service call. Advanced called me about 30 minutes before Charlie the tech arrived. Charlie first tested the water which was still very good. Charlie then broke up the salt bridging and cycled the system to ensure it was working properly, he also explained everything every step of the way. Charlie is awesome, you don't get very many people who are friendly, efficient, and patient very often. Thanks Advanced and Charlie!!!

They installed a softener and drained the regeneration water incorrectly, so it flooded my basement. When I called them, they told me it wasn't their problem and I had to call a plumber to fix it. I'm an environmental engineer, the drain was done wrong. It was a helper, not a plumber. I already repaired it myself. The regeneration was done for the first time because no one lived there.Think about what is wrong

Delivery was early. He carried the salt down to the basement, filled the tank. Very efficient. We both have back issues and lifting those bags are nearly impossible. The extra cost is worth it

Excellent, prompt, presentable, respectful service. The gentleman that delivered my salt was excellent. He was happy to do his job. It’s not easy lugging 50lb bags of salt into peoples’ houses.

Driver did not carry salt to deck & store under the house Eve. Dropped the salt off at the beginning of driveway.
