ATM is always broken. Legit always broken. Will be switching banks. Tired of this place. Lobby is barely ever open as well. Would imagine this place will be closed soon as it’s under utilized and barely accessible.

Great service from Relationship Manager Laura Petrou at BOA in Butler today. Reviewed the estate documents, had us complete few missing items, and completed the process in 30 minutes. Laura was extremely knowledgable, and personal demeanor could not have been nicer as she helped us through a difficult process. Excellent service today. Thank you. Kathleen & David Karcher.

Worst BOA. There is no atm drive thru! One atm outside the front door of the bank. Horrible lines. Only one teller. No BOA north of this location at all.

Absolutely worst Bank. Do not go to Bank of America in Butler. Was just there and sat at drive through for 10 minutes. Woman inside looked at me and kept walking. Then walked by window again and looked at me and continued to walk away. The third time I asked if anyone was gonna help me. She answered with attitude, not sure what she said cause I couldn't hear her. She has a look of disgust on her face. About 2 minutes later this same woman came and finally helped me. Very very unacceptable. Never even apologized for making me wait so long. Will have to be sure to go to the one in Oakland next time. They are much friendlier and accommodating

Since the Bank of America closed in West Milford i rely on this one. Ive been there during open hours and no oneis there, today on my day off the ATM is off on a sunday, very inconvenient, inconsistent bank.

Trying to get a home equity loan opened since September 2021. They have all the information they asked me for and this is the end of February 2022 and still waiting. I had 2 other home equity loans with this bank and paid them off with no problem. I also have a auto loan from you and I repay more than required each month. My credit review is excellent and I am a Preferred Customer and still have not received the new home equity loan from you. I am getting so disappointed with this bank and I am becoming an Irritated customer!!!!!

While I like bank of america online banking, service at the location is terrible. I went into branch to get my signature guaranteed. Need a investment form signature guaranteed. The branch manager would not even speak to me. Only a rep from merrill lynch would. He could not do it today and would not guarantee it would be done in few dsys.Update. The response I got from this bank is exactly what is wrong with their customer service. I am a current customer, why didn't you reach out to me personally,?

Really disappointed with my experience at this bank today. I was helped by Tina and Kelly. They made no eye contact, no smile, checked my id inside and out like I was doing something wrong.Very bad customer service!! Will not go back to thia branch.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful staff. Sat in front of a woman at the desk who just typed on her computer when I went to close out my account. Literally she just typed with my license and debit card in front of her. I asked what was taking so long and she said she didn't understand my question and said she was just updating information. What information???! I'm closing the account! After 45 min she handed me a slip to bring to the teller to get my cash. Also they were charging me $25 maintenance fee per month. Insane.

You CANNOT get through to anyone in this location. Not sure why they are even in the building working. Do not answer phone calls. We are waiting well over a week to close out a tenants security account. Go elsewhere !!!!

This is really just a review of B of A in general. Opened a joint account online, gave all the needed info for the two people involved who are both existing customers. Both people received welcome emails congratulating them on opening the account, but only one person has access to it. Customer service says its not a joint account. Now we have to go to the a branch to sort it out. All banks suck, but B of A is truly un usable anymore and Ill be switching to TD which is probably just as bad, but at least they have hours for people that work for a living.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I seen the reviews before coming to this location when getting directions and was concerned. I'm now a true believer that this is about the worst bank to do business with.
