I never had an issue in the past but I went to the one in Butler and the doctor that was on that day was horrible. He asked me my symptoms but yet didn't let me fully answer. The way he was speaking to me I felt like I was under interrogation more than anything else. The medical assistant was very apologetic and i think she was new. She questioned everything she was doing. I'll make sure this doctor is not there if I go there again.

I waited less than an hour for xrays and evaluation. The prompt treatment was appreciated. Office staff was caring, friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. The physician listened to my concerns and offered excellent care. I would recommend City Md for quality care.

I’m giving them a zero….. I went in with wax in my ear and they just passed me off to a ENT… I don’t know if it’s laziness or incompetence but I’ll never go back and will never recommend them

Recently took my son to City MD in butler, have been there before, this visit Dr. Tong was very good with my 7 year old, getting down to his level, speaking with him, very gentle, and so was the nurse whose name is escaping me. Overall very happy with the bedside manners and empathy they showed toward my son who was sick and in pain. Thank you!

Will not be coming back to this place ever again. Went twice in a week took my copay each time. Called two days after still sick with congestion asked if they could please call in antibiotic wanted me to come back AGAIN to check me! That would have been 75$ in one week!! I went to my regular doctor and she immediately put me on antibiotics. This place just wants to take your money and have you continue to come back.

We had a wonderful experience here at CityMD in Butler on Route 23. We walked in Christmas Day with my girlfriend who had a sharp pain in her ear. The staff was friendly and helpful. After filling out the authorization forms, we waited less than 10 minutes for a room. The medial assistant came in and took her vitals in 5 minutes. The doctor came in next and gave expert advice and prognosis. The doctor's assistant helped find an open pharmacy nearby on Christmas Day, and sent the prescription. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes. This was unbelieveable service and a wonderful experience for us. There was no cost to us as they charged Medicare. My girlfriend is now feeling so much better. Thank you CityMD so much !!!! We will be back if we need help again. Awesome experience and thank you.

Don’t waste your time, go to valley to get better…. All this place does is push covid tests and recommend over the counter drugs from cvs.

I was in severe pain when I went to your facility. I was treated well and promptly by the staff. But I was highly disappointed when Dr. Hoang sent me home in severe pain without pain medication. She told me I have to drive to Chilton or Valley Hospital ER to get the pain control that I needed. Had I known that in advance, I would’ve gone to the Valley Hospital ER.

Everything was going smoothly till I met with the “doctor”. This man had the absolute most disgusting attitude after I greeted him with nothing but respect. I went in for my eye infections due to lash extensions and he didn’t even look at my eyes. Instead, he raised his voice claiming “he doesn’t know anything about eyelashes”. He couldn’t answer my questions and prescribed me eyedrops and left. If you have an issue do not come here. Visit your doctor because this place will not help. I will not be returning.

I went to urgent care because I was having shortness of breath and wanted a chest x ray to see if anything was going on. After waiting for the results, the doctor said to me that I needed to go to the ER immediately because my left lung was 25% collapsed. She even called me the next day to ask how I was doing when I was still in the hospital. I appreciate their care and fast help with what was going on!

This location has been such a blessing. They have literally saved my life and I have always had amazing service. Very knowledgeable and compassionate doctors and staff and, of course, extremely convenient! I’ve had quite a few visits and EXCELLENT care each time and have never had to wait too long!

Had to give one star otherwise I would give a 0 although the front desk girls are awesome. Went in yesterday because I’m not feeling well at all (couldn’t get an appointment with my regular dr.) . Start off with the assistant who kept sighing and slamming things around ! Finally after 40 mins the arrogant dr. Walks in and is speaking to me as I were a child. Tells ma I have an upper respiratory infection but does not prescribe antibiotics!? He was rude & dismissive. He actually said it could be viral it could be a cold or an upper respiratory infection? What ? So you don’t know then asked me if a new what a virus was ? Long story short I so t be back .

Visited the facility today, the entire staff was very friendly and courteous. Very thorough in examining me to get to the cause of my illness, very kind while drawing blood and during the examination. Thought these guys were great!
