They just don’t care. Be ready to ask for every individual prescription. They will not do it voluntarily. These people hate their job !

I was helped today by a wonderful young lady whose first name started with an A. She handled the busy front of the store like a boss that she is. I hope local management rewards such exceptional employees. She helped me pick out a prepaid credit card that I bought as a gift for my teenager.

I drive 35 minutes to pickup my prescriptions in this location. The staff have always treated me like I matter. I can just see their eagerness to help me and others find a better solution. Melissa and Sho put a lot of effort in finding a solution when I was feeling hopeless.I want to thank Melissa for listening to me and being the support I needed in the moment. Her kind words and empathy brought me out of a dark moment. They’re the reason I can continue taking care of my health. Sho could’ve gone straight to his car and gone home after a long shift but instead, he made sure I was okay and expressed his condolences.

The Butler location has the best service and the best pharmacist I have dealt with. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help. I love this CVS

I love that they take the time to check the back stock area for you when the item isn't on the shelf. Most stores won't bother to do this for you. I was at this store today and really appreciated the help of the staff. Thank you!

CVS no longer accepts GoodRx. I have used GoodRx for years and learned today that CVS has a new corporate policy of not accepting discount cards at the pharmacy. My script for Magnesium which normally costs $6 is now $62.Walgreens across the street is more than happy to accept GoodRx and the script is a little over $6 there. As a result, I’m moving all my medications to Walgreens

This was a nice CVS located next to the Wawa that I originally wanted to go to. It was clean. Lots of stuff here. Pharmacy was closed. Which makes sense since it was thanksgiving that I came here for some snacks before heading to my parents place in the woods. Bye.

Pharmacy picks up the phone, very nice and understanding, communicate well, fast and efficient. That's hard to say about a lot of these pharmacies, but this one is good

Just got several vaccines and the pharmacist was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly - plus, the shots were as painless as they could be. We've had several prescriptions filled there and very easy - employees are friendly, unlike other CVS pharmacies...

This CVS is beyond helpful. Every time I go there. The two ladies that were there on my last visit, one was the manager and one was associate, we're literally day changing to me. I cannot say enough good things about the CVS. You guys are doing a great job, the male manager there is always beyond friendly to me and helpful but not pushy. You guys have a clean store. Very friendly staff, really really good job with this

I would like to commend the great help we received from one of your employees, Dante. I'm an American living in Spain who has been visiting my brother who lives in Butler, NJ . I was having problems with my diabetes meter. He was very kind and phoned another CVS to ask if they had the meter in question as his store did not.At a moment of distress he was very calm and helpful. the store is. very clean and service is excellent. prices are reasonable and plenty of discount to save $$. I highly recommend the store and it's shelves always are stocked properly. I shop here all the time for almost all of my needs, besides the medications, I also shop for household items and my wife shop there a lot, over all I give it 10 out 10.
