I had a warranty issue with my Goodyear tires on my truck and Brain went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were safe for our 30 hour ride to Moab Utah while towing a trailer. Would highly recommend this auto service center

Ed is one of most knowledgeable people I’ve ever come across in customer service. He fully explained the issues and was able to get the job done quickly. Highly recommended and now I won’t take my car to anyone else.

Words can not express how grateful I am for the gentlemen that run this location. They are kind, compassionate and professional. I had an urgent need and concern with the safety of tires I purchased somewhere else. Not only where they able to schedule me in this evening they made me feel safe and took care of my concern faster than I could have asked for. Both Brian and Ed took time to explain my options to me and help me understand the process. I wasn’t a customer before but I am now. I will be back to buy my next tires here and already recommend to a friend. Much thanks to Brian, Ed and the guy who did the work patching my leaking plugs. God Bless you for Blessing me today.

Goodyear in Butler is a great place, can’t recommend them enough. We have been there several times for our cars & each time the service was great & did not have to wait long. Thank you, thank you to Brian for helping me out in a pinch. I stopped at the location on the way in to work in the morning with no appointment & he got me in right away. Found there was a nail in my tire. Fixed it & I was on my way in no time. I appreciate you, Brian!!!! We will definitely be returning customers.

I've been coming to this Goodyear for years now. I am very picky when it comes to mechanics , and I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my vehicle. Great customer service. Free coffee and water for the customers. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. The Manager Brian is an outstanding mechanic. He tells me everything about the car; what is wrong, what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. I don't feel pressured into fixing things that don't need to be fixed like other shops. Wait time isn't long at all. I am in and out in no time. I even had to come in unannounced for a battery issue, and was out the door within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend using Goodyear for all your car needs.

While visiting family in the area, I was rear ended in a parking lot and the car felt off. I looked up reviews of local shops in the area that might have some availability to give it a quick look before we traveled home later that day, and Brian from Goodyear answered the phone and told me to bring it on down and they would give it a once over. While there were thankfully no issues, Brian and his team made us feel safe to take to the road again. He was honest and really did me a solid. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you, Brian!

This shop just helped me out big time. The Goodyear in Flemington screwed up a simple oil change. While driving up north the check oil light came on and tons of oil was leaking out. Oil sprayed the entire underside of my wife's VW.
I stopped in this Goodyear 10 minutes before they closed and they not only fixed everything correctly but spent an hour wiping down all the oil with rags. It was a huge mess.
This shop knows what they're doing and fixed a problem that another shop created. They could have easily turned me away... But instead they went above and beyond.

They were amazing! I got a flat tire and found out that my Kia did not come with spare tire! It only has a bag with a can of fix a flat & an air pump. Even though it was late in the afternoon & they were busy, Goodyear fixed my flat. If they hadn't I would have had to rent a car to get to work. Wonderful service!

The only place that will be servicing my car! Brian is great & so is his staff, they were able to get me back on the road quick after my lower ball joint went bad … definitely coming back and sending my family here for their cars.

Be careful people this tire shop in Butler nj are Selling Use tires for new I went to My Mechanic and to a different Mavis. They both told me the tires are used. And I'm not The only one Who complains about it Definitely making a police report tomorrow to take them to a small claim court I paid $791 to get used tires
