A friend recommended Danny @ Kay nails a few weeks ago for a wedding and I am so glad I went with her recommendation! Gel nails normally never last me more than 1-2 weeks before they start lifting or breaking but Danny asked me to let him try doing gel nails for me and then see what I think. Well after 5 weeks I just went back for a refill and I probably could have waited because they still looked great. No lifting, no breakage, even the polish was still intact. Danny you have gained a new customer in me! So happy with my new set!

Great pedicure! They take their time, really clean you up and have a huge selection of colors. I had to wait a little but it was worth the wait! The girl who did my pedi was really sweet too. I’ll be back!

You have to wait 30 minutes to be taken in even when u call for an appointment a day before. After that u don’t even receive an apology. My nail length is always different between two hands and I get charged full price for a literal fill in.

I have been coming to Kay Nails for about four years and I absolutely love it. Suzie does my nails so well everytime. The owners are really friendly and always manage to take me in. Also amazing nails for such an affordable price.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but my nails were rushed and everyone I showed agrees they look bad. They came out quite childish, sharp, crooked, and misshaped. I regret going. I included the photo of what I asked for and what I received

new girl. i asked for more square and she gave me extreme attitude and i asked for certain design that she botched up completely. the polish isn’t even good. she cut me literally more than 4 times. not ok. i will never come back here.

This place is terrible. The pedicure person wouldn’t come out of the back room even though the woman out front called several times. Then she used a cuticle clipper to cut my toe nails. She cut one nail so crooked and low at one point I started to bleed. Not to mention you can barely breathe there is no ventilation in this place. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in.

To be completely honest, I love this place and I will keep coming back. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg for a mediocre at best mani/pedi/acrylic nails. I've been consistently going for about two years now and have even gotten most of my friends and my mom to start getting their nails done here. My acrylics can stay on for about 2+ months before I need to fill them. Susie is the best nail tech I'll update when I can find more picture of my nails done.

Do NOT let the man do your nails. He butchered mine seemingly on purpose out of pure laziness. He didn’t cut my cuticles or even push them back before putting on acrylics, I’ve had them one day it looks like they’ve been growing in for a week. he messed up the paint on two nails, he was careless using the hand tool that files down your nails, hitting my skin on every nail, I asked for them to be slightly shorter and he cut them so short I wish I didn’t even get them done. Horrible experience. Great place but do not book or so much as let the man come near your nails. They look like toenails, I was so upset leaving the Salon. I was offended he thought I wouldn’t notice that he purposely didn’t even try while doing my nails. Get them done by Suzy.

THEY DON’T TAKE CREDIT CARDS and INSULT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I have been a customer for a year. They would not let me use a credit card, ever. I was only allowed to use Venmo. I went there today and they asked me if I could do Zelle instead of Venmo and I said it was easier for me to do Venmo because then I’d have to log into my bank account. I don’t have the bank app. She said that she wanted to do Zelle so they didn’t have to pay the taxes and then asked if I could pay cash instead. I said it’s not fair that the customer has to do what is convenient for them. I had already told her that I was moving, so I told her it’s a hard time for me right now with paying 2 rents and moving, etc. and she said, “that’s not my problem.” Well, it’s not my problem that they don’t want to pay taxes!!! I pay taxes! How is any of this fair?!This review could have been avoided had she been nice, “that’s not my problem?” Really? It’s true it's not her problem, but to say it to a customer who gave you cash anyway?!Sheesh.Rant over. Beware of this place. They also suggest add ons like sparkles without telling you it's extra.
