I had a question during the install, so I called them up. They were available and helped without any hassle. Fast forward to a few months ago, I needed 3 new rollers on the door glides, so I called customer service, and their response was "Sure. No problem. We'll send it right out." They sent more than 3. No questions on receipt. No questions on date of purchase. Nothing. Just help. Zero hassle. Then again, last week, I called and needed another part, same response, same zero hassle.
