As another small business owner, I know that if we do our job well, that is what we are being paid to do. So it's often very challenging to ask customers for a good review. On the other hand, if they're upset about something, you can not keep them away from leaving a bad review fast enough.
Metro Pools installed my pool a few years ago. Ever since then, the same guys have serviced the pool when needed. These guys are not only great at what they do.....they know my children's names and interact with them whenever they are here. They are familiar with our 2 very large and intimidating dogs and are familiar with their behaviors. When they come, it's more like they are visiting with us than working for us. Dory and Nick are great. Sheri does a great job keeping us informed.
We can not say enough good things about this team of experts and I wanted to share that so that others will be encouraged to have the same experiences that we have had. Thank you Metro Pools!!!!

For 400.00 they just removed tarp and put chemicals in. Wouldn’t use them and/or recommend them.

Great experience working with Metro Pools! I've been having issues with my skimmer line over the past few years. Metro Pools was able to troubleshoot the line by sending a camera through the plumbing to identify the issue. Nick and his crew then repaired the line by breaking the concrete around the skimmer basket and running new pipe. Nick was very professional the entire time and kept the pool area as clean as possible throughout the work. He was also great at communicating the status throughout the project. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend using Metro Pools!

I called metro this morning after discovering a major issue with my pools plumbing and needed help asap. Nick and Arb were able to come out and revamp part of my pump/filtration system it now looks and runs so much better!
As a new pool owner, they explained everything I needed to know and showed me way more than the previous company I had come out to help over the past few months.
They took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly, checked the pool returns, and really seemed to care about what they were doing. Way more than the previous company.
They were also extremely friendly, made small talk, shared good tips and information, as well as stayed professional.
I’m so glad that my pool is now in their hands!
I was so happy with their service that I’m pretty sure I said I owed them a few beers!

We have been using metro pools for several years now to open and winterize our pool. The staff have always been courteous, but the last two seasons have been a nightmare. We had the team come out and change our liner and switch our pool system to a salt water system last season. By the end of the summer the liner had floated and bubbled. When we let them know they recommended we wait until we opened the pool this year to fix it. Fine, we waited. They never mentioned a cost to the process. At the start of this season they let us know that it was going to require us draining the pool, removing the liner, fixing the padding (which their worker admitted was not installed properly last season), and reattaching the liner. All of this was to be done at OUR expense. We agreed (begrudgingly) and had them redo the padding and the liner. It’s been ONE MONTH and the liner is separating from the wall and bubbling again. Guess what happened when we called? Not only is it a supposed ground water issue that never existed with the last liner, but NOW they want us to shell out $$$$ to remove the liner AGAIN, install a drywell into the pool and purchase a BRAND NEW liner. This whole experience had been a nightmare. Needless to say we are done with the company and will be moving on to another company to REDO all the work we already paid to have done TWICE.

Fawn is a master mind with design. We highly recommend utilizing her skillset to create your dream oasis. She is one of the friendliest yet business driven women Ive ever encountered. I couldn’t have had a better experience working with her.

My pool liner was completely worn out and needed replacement . In a busy season Metro pools were able to install my liner and finish my pool liner installation in timely manner . It took little longer than I anticipated but with non stop rains and our additions to their work it’s understandable .Their price was also one of the most competitive .They also installed a new gas heater and converted my pool to a salt water system . I wish I had done salt conversion earlier as it’s really hassle free . It’s totally worth the money . I will recommend Metro pools to anybody who needs to replace their liners.
