This the best place to take your Chyrsler or Jeep to get it fixed. They are honest, they don't jerk you around. They don't break something else while it's there (I am sure you have all had that happen to you), your car doesn't sit for a week without anyone looking at it, they tell you if they actually found something which saves on repeat trips for the same problem (I am sure you have had that happen to you as well), there is no 1 hour wait to get checked in. AND the best part, you get service with a smile, not people walking around not wanting to work there. There is a dealership 3 miles from my house and 5 others 5-6 miles away. I drive 35 miles to this place for a reason. Take it for what it worth and trust me, I am as anul as you can get. These guys know what they are doing. Ask for Brian, he is very personable.

The service department at Precision CJDR is really incredible. I actually pass 2 different jeep dealerships including the one I purchased 3 jeeps at in the past 5 years to get to Butler. They have a team that listens to your concerns without judgement and talks to you intelligently to come up with a diagnostic and a solution. I will continue to drive 45 minutes out of my way for exceptional service every day but it's a shame that I have to.

I want to thank RJ Daniel’s tremendous customer service he gave me on Friday, December 5. Knowing that his service department was jammed with customers and the backlogs he had, he stepped up and took in my car and fixed the issues it had which saved the day for me.
Theee is nothing better than good customer service and he offered it.
I would recommend him for future service if ever needed.

I just bought a car and after 4 days I have problem with the car I went and I spoke with the sales manager the one who sold me the car and Iwas shocked to see guy who was so different from the one who sold me the car he was so nasty and he was yelling at me and he wanted to call the police for me and he doesn't want to fix the car his name is joe now the car is not safe to drive I don't advise anyone to go to this dealership because they such nasty people and that's why I went 3 times before I bought the car I never see anyone in the dealership please stay away from this dealership

Brian and Darlene have always been my go to for servicing my Grand Cherokee and Compass. They are patient and honest which is tough to find at a dealer. I will not hesitate to continue servicing there and will continue to recommend friends and family to go and see them too.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is full of the most rude, inconsiderate, and inept employees i’ve ever interacted with. Brought my car here for service and nobody could give me a straight answer on what’s going or when I could pick it up. The “manager” Joe, (both of them cause there are 2) are both just straight up rude to customers who are frustrated with their horrible service. This place all around sucks and everyone here is rude and useless.
To the employees I mostly spoke to:
Joe (either one), you are rude and shouldn’t be manager if you speak to customers like this. Darlene, thanks for returning my call as per your promise (she didn’t). Seamus, you’re a nice guy but have no clue how to get back to a customer.
Just don’t go to this dealership.
