One of the most ridiculous experiences of my life. People waiting on stand by list for over 4 hours and not getting called. The most disrespectful business towards its customers.
The names on that standby list didn't move in 4 hours.

It’s difficult to draw blood from me and have suffered at other labs. Quest always has the best phlebotomists. I go to the Butler location, and they are truly the best!!
