I came at 11:02 for 11:00 an appointment. One kind lady took me in for blood work. However other lady came to her and asked her to cancel the appointment for late show ups. Does 2 mins late imply for a cancelled appointment? If yes why does their kiosk have a 10 mins window to check in. I don’t know, one lady was so kind and other was so over smart. Take your chances guys.

First and last time ever visiting this Quest. The tech was very rude because she couldn't read the script and wanted us to call the doctor to confirm what the script says. I'm sorry but that's their job to confirm not the patient to call the doctor and ask what the script says. That was very rude and giving attitude was very distasteful. I will never go back there. They need to learn manners and how to talk to patients.

I had an appointment and after waiting 25 minutes past the time despite having a system requisition in the Quest Diagnostics system, so that the technician would read about each test and mark it with a highlighter, she proceeded to tell me that they did not perform two of the tests already in their system and that I would need to leave work and come back on Monday, as she was not able to draw most of the tests ordered on Saturdays or the Wednesday that I worked a half-day because it was the day before a holiday. What a waste of my time! I walked out and went to this laboratory’s competitor that was also in-network with my insurance which was more than accommodating for ALL of the tests my physician ordered!!!

This is a very clean Quest diagnostics. Compared to the others i have been to this is top notch. Its also very fast. I was in and out with no appointment. The time spent here was about 5 minutes. You can't beat that! The staff I worked with was also very friendly. I can give this nothing but a 5 star review. The door is marked in red in pic related. Thank You again!

Jolly was thorough and pleasant while maintaining a quick pace. Two happy customers were ahead of my walk in appointment. My whole visit including wait couldn't have been more than twenty minutes.I'd reccomend this location.

Tara took care of us upon arrival. she was kind, friendly, professional and on time. My children felt comfortable with her and had a great experience thanks to her. Before the appointment date,I liked the online scheduling service, the confirmation notices, the appointment notifications and the registering process upon arrival at the center. It’s only 2 ladies so if you call they might be busy giving an amazing service to those in person, just register online how the website says and you’re all set.

Did not like the automated call system that made it difficult to reach a person unless you select billing from the menu, but was able to get an appointment for the next day. I've experienced quite a bit of difficulties with blood drawing because I have tricky small veins, but Jolly was lovely and an absolute pro. She had me in and out in about 15 minutes including the time it took to call my doctor and confirm details about a particular test. Would love her to do all of my blood work.

They are SO kind and caring here! Jolly was wonderful with my daughter, and made us feel so at ease. This is the only place we'll go from now on.

Except for Jolly... Horrible services and lazy and slow workers. They make people wait hours while they chat and do god knows what in the rooms. They take forever to call people and in between. These people need to be changed or retrained. Fridays are the worst. Jolly is the only hard working knowledgeable person.

I believe her name was Dolly, she was kind of rough. Really painful blood draw. I also observed her being rude to several people in waiting room. Don't think I'll return.
