Brought couple of 2019 F550 cutaways for warranty work and each time I got them back, I had to fix myself what they did incorrectly. Patty in service department is useless. She does not know anything about the commercial vehicle and she was my service rep. It seems they're answer each time was to replace the very expensive exhaust system and try to tell me my turbo issue fix was to replace the DPF filter and that I should be impressed Ford was spending so much money on replacing the 5 thousand dollar filter. Rt 23 commercial is a joke. If you have a large commercial, then you don't have much choice in the tri-state area for warranty as Rt 23 can fit them in their shop. Its a shame that they're wasting the shop time employing sub-par, obviously untrained or unsupervised techs. I do not know how they're in the commercial business and I suggest to any and all commercial operators to avoid Rt 23 EVEN for warranty repairs.

The service department is an extremely hostile environment and do not care about the circumstances of a situation. I do not recommend to ANY of my family or friends.

went to buy 2 new vans for the business, they wanted 10,000 over sticker price. Thought it was unreasonably high. Went to Nanuet Ford New York they are selling all their vehicles at sticker or lower. Very disappointing after buying vehicles for over 20 years from rt 23 automall.

Update: after a snarky comment back from someone at management of this ford I would never recommend anybody buying a car from here. Check PlugShare Solaiman because you have the charger listed as free. There are PLENTY of free charging spots I have found on PlugShare over the years, so not entitled, just wanting a dealership to follow through when it says free on PlugShare. But nonetheless car dealers are slimy people so what can you expect?

Only thing I rate OK is waiting facilities while being serviced. Last service visit a scheduled 11:30 AM oil change ,not ready till almost 3PM . Also approached salesperson about trade in to upgrade to new Pilot . Was told to see individual who gives estimates for trade in value ,as Just had car serviced and sitting about 50 ft from guy who does estimate . Was told to come back when I purchase new vehicle . He did eyeball my vehicle ,looked up on computer with price offered several thousand less the anyone else ,classic lowball. For new car, 23 Honda wanted above MSRP. Shockingly ,while various other dealerships offering price incentives like $500 vets discounts Honda offered nothing .Am repeat customer but, recommend to my worst enemy

To be honest i rate a business on how well they do after a mishap (especially as a business owner). I had one bad incident and the service department went above and beyond to fix the issue. Owning a fleet of fords I've purchased from a few dealers. The best purchase was from rt 23 automall looking back. The price time saved and the honesty is impeccable. Biggest praise to Patti in the service department she always has your best interest at heart, she goes above and beyond is super helpful and her attitude and work ethic is contagious. She cares and has a calming and upbeat personality if that makes sense. I'd hire her in a second. And she def is the one that keeps the customers coming back. At least this one. She's proven that she can take care of her customers but most importantly she's honest if she can't squeeze you in because of the schedule she doesn't which is the most important trait in my book. All I want is honesty makes my life and others lives that much easier. Dropped off one of my salt trucks to have a harness for the back up camera replaced she made sure to get it back before the snow came. They have really risen to the occasion and prove they are the leader when it comes to Ford sales and service. Thank you again for all your help Patti. As a small business owner having people you can trust in different industries to handle their part when you need them to step up is the most important and such an integral piece to any small business succeeding and Patti never disappoints. She deserves the praise and recognition. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU PATTI!!! You've made me a rt 23 automall believer.

Sketchy repair shop and poor buying experience. Transmission on my used truck blew 10 days after purchase. Took over 40 days to fix the truck. Tried to scam myself and my warranty company. Said they fixed certain things and never did. Plus the part I need is "on back order" and it's been 2 years. Never again will I shop here and I highly recommend you look somewhere else.

Would give a negative star rating. Do not shop here they are dirt bags. The manager thinks 14years at Toyota makes him the all knowing and wouldn't even call Lexus financial to find that the 3rd party trades are allowed and wouldn't even listen to me. Asked me why I came back again as another manager sat behind the desk with him giving me a sort of death stare. This is after the salesperson Will basically argued with me on the floor about how I'm wrong to the point I could see him getting pissed that a customer knew more about how to do his job than him. I just sold a Lexus to another dealership a week ago. So I know it can be bought from any dealer. But I was told no and no longer will even consider buying from them in the future. I was even willing to buy a Mach e with a mark up over sticker that was used as a demo for 4500 miles. Go to Wayne ford on 46 nicer people and actually do their due diligence and call the finance company to verify purchasing your car from them. In the 27 years of buying cars never have I left a dealership this pissed off.

I went in to buy out my lease. I sat with Lenny the lease return manager. I knew my buyout price. I knew I had to pay sales tax , to register the car and cover a document fee. What was also included was a 36 month -36,000 mile bumper to bumper warrentee . I did not want it or ask for it. I told Lenny I did not want it. His reply ,"the owner (Scott Barna) requires it because he does not want his customers dissapointed'. I again asked why would I want to pay an extra $3400 for something I did not want. I was told the same thing. I decided to think about it and discuss it with my husband. I called other Ford dealerships to ask if this was common practice. I got "no" from 2 dealers. After 10 years and 3 cars I will never go back to the con artist dealership again. Scott Barna should be ashamed of himself for running this con.

Don't Ever Ever Ever buy an extended warranty for Rt23 Ford. I had the extended warranty and Chris from service fixed my cracked windshield and my extended warranty didn't cover it. A $6,700.00 for an extended warranty and it did not cover a small crack in the windshield. Chris charged me about $150 to fix the crack and it is still there. At the same time I dropped my truck to have the windshield fixed I had Rt 23 ford service (At my expense) upgrade my maps in my navigation. To make it simple Rt 23 destroyed my navigation system and then told me it was an issue with my Nav system, My nav system had no issues at all when I dropped the truck to have the maps updated. The radio, Nav, maps do not work now. I told Chris from Service I would Yelp and take RT23 to small claims court, Chris said the MANAGER DIDNT CARE. I am yelping now and will drag them into court soon. IN THE SERVICE AREA THE SIGN SAYS (SERVICE DRIVES SALES). I just spent almost $100,000 on a 2022 Ford F350 platinum dually IT WAS NOT FROM RT 23 FORD. The only dealership I have ever been treated worse by is Rockland CJD. If you ever get a letter from RT 23 ford saying it will pay you up to 20% more for your used car, just for fun look up the value of your vehicle on Kelly Bluebook and go in and see what RT 23 offers you for your car or truck. When I went in they offered me half of what the bluebook was and told me you can't believe Kelly Bluebook. LOL, Who do you believe? If anyone wants proof of what I say just until I take RT23 to small claims court I'm going to post the minutes and transcripts if there are any. Chris from service says the manager of RT23 doesn't care so Stay tuned I'm going to release every piece of information. If I could give zero or negative stars for the rating I would.

Stay away!! I was looking to purchase a used car in July and they had an advertised price that was attractive. I went to the dealer and asked them if the price was Negotiable and told no. Then I asked what other charges were going to be added and I was told the dealer prep fee of $900. I told them I was not going to pay that and wanted to know what was included In that fee and he said they charge this fee to all used cars. He printed out a sheet showing me the what they put in to prep the car and it was $1700. Okay for me it was a good deal but what about a car that only needed $100 to prep. He said they would pay the $900. I asked why and he said it is average for everyone regardless how much it really cost to prep. So someone is potentially just giving the dealer pure profit if the amount to prep is less than $900. The dealer acted like it was no big deal for someone to pay a lot of money for something they did not get. I walked out not happy but told them I may back and they said sure and they had no hard feelings. I went home and discussed it with My wife and decided to buy the car anyway because in the end it was still cheaper even with the dealer prep fee than what other dealers were charging for this same car. So I decided to bite the bullet on the prep fee and called back 30 minutes later and was treated like absolute shit on the phone by the used car salesperson and told the car was Sold. Really? Car was on the lot for 2 months and It sold in the 30 minutes since I left? Ok oh well. But guess what? I checked their website after the call and the price was $2000 more. At the end of that day it was no longer on their website BUT a few weeks later that same car was listed again. So they lied to me that the car was sold. Totally rude, unprofessional, dishonest and flat out liars. Don't trust them. PS I bought a car on Driveway.com that was the same price had 30,000 LESS miles and did NOT have to pay Any bogus pure profit dealer prep fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interested in a new arrival. Was ready to put a deposit down based on the price advertised. When the truck arrived the price jumped $5k. When I asked why the price changed over night I was first told that it hadn't and that the truck wasn't even on their website. WRONG! When I provided screen shots of the price, he started back tracking. Very poor customer service.

How could I forget this place? A while back, stopped by after work to see an older Mustang GT they had advertised on their web site. Salesman could not find the car, which was not a good start to things. Eventually, he and I found it in the back lot, covered with grime, scratches, and scuffs. Upon seeing this beat-up vehicle, I explained that I was still interested in the car, but based on the condition, it was FAR over-priced. I explained that, being a Mustang enthusiast, I am very familiar with their various values. He said we could work on the price. That worked for me, as I intended to purchase the car to modify and use at the track. I asked for a test drive. He refused it. I asked why and he stated that the car needed to be inspected. I asked how a car can be advertised for sale if I cannot test drive it. He didn't answer. He then proceeded to try to make a deal with me to purchase the car. I told him I would not make any deals until I knew how the car ran. He did allow me to hear it run, and it clearly had a valve-tap issue. I pointed this out. He said he would call me the next day after "rushing" an inspection. Next day comes, and no call. I call the salesman. He tells me that the car cannot be sold due to its various "issues." Waste of time. Hustlers. Would have sold me the car the day before if I didn't stand firm and tell them I wouldn't make the deal until I drove it.
