There is something severely dysfunctional about this office. As with most organizations, the fish tends to rot from the head down, or in this case, the lead physician.

There are unfortunately no negative stars. I will not be returning. Scheduling is not a breeze. Making someone wait three days to get a COVID test is ridiculous!! The patient is not their first priority.
