“Employees are very helpful and go out of their way to make banking a pleasant personal experience. I think most customers feel as I do about this particular branch. The way Chase credits your account with deposits is sometimes too long but that is not the fault of the employees in W Caldwell.”
“Everyone who works from Lakeland Bank that stayed in the Caldwell property, made it happen and gave all the customers comfort. They had a lot of compassion and empathy for their client base for the transitional stage. The manager there is 37 years in the banking business maybe more she always comes out and says hello. She knows the business very well. Everyone is wonderful. That’s why I stayed because the crew from Lakeland Bank stayed there if not, I would’ve pulled out.”
