“I had purchased a pair of spin bike shoes and after 8 years a clip broke.I had returned to purchase another pair of spin shoes but rich said that he could replace the clip which he did and would not take any money.I returned four years later as my feet had grown and he had me fitted for a new pair. He indicated that the cleats were fine and did not need to buy new ones, switched them to the new shoes at no extra cost.You can not beat the personal service.”

“Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile for his costumers. I came in with my brand e-bike for repair after I had taken it to another bike shop to install liners/inserts. Apparently the mechanic did not know how to add tire inserts and instead damaged my brand new rear tire. After looking for reputable e-bike shops online I found Voltaire. I showed up, explained what happened to Dennis and he quickly went to work to repair my bike. He explained what was wrong with my rear tire and how it was damaged. Turns out it was more than tire damage but he took care of it in less an hour or so. Friendly atmosphere, great selection of bikes and quality work. Would highly recommend for someone looking to buy an e-bike or simply looking for a good mechanic for your e-bike. Will be visiting again in the future.”

Oscar, the business owner, has a heart of gold, and is interested in getting more people on bikes. I recently ordered two new Bianchi e-bikes from Bikeland. Oscar was able to snag them from the first container of e-bikes to hit the United States. Wow, great job Oscar. I have since moved out of state, but I still drive four hours to have Bikeland service our bikes.”

“Let’s start off by saying how great there service is ,they are very attentive very friendly and waste no time when fixing or even replacing a tube which in my case I need a new tube and it was done with in 5 min tops ,amazing ! They also have a huge selection of bikes kids, teens, adults and old school type as well they also have a wall full of different accessories that you would use if you break down in the middle of a ride . The location is great there parking everywhere and easy to bring your bike In I highly recommend this place of business I’m happy my kids are happy thank you and keep up the great work !Make sure to support ya local and small business .”

I later brought my bike back for a full tuneup and it rides like brand new. They were also extremely diligent about keeping me updated as they worked on it. Can't recommend them highly enough!”
