Sheila made my experience of renting a car quick and easy. She knew what she was doing to get me into my rental car and get me on my way.

Zero stars. Worst place on earth. Never pick up the phone. Woman at the desk is incompetent. She's sabotaging the business effectively turning away customers on the back of her laziness. I'd sooner buy the business to fire her before ever using their services again.
